This was a solid restaurant to eat in at, backed by strong lights alongside images and messages on frames! It was comfortable to sit on the leather that is accompanied by a table, after ordering on the machine then waiting at the counter, which displays the options clearly and has facilities like the napkins I picked up. My Zinger Burger, chips and Robinson's drink were all delicious, which I ate in a clean area before discarding my waste in an appropriately sized bin! The staff could have sorted out this restaurant better though since the machine did not print order receipts and they were careless bagging my drink, causing it to spill on some of the food.

Went there with my family today and this staff got the order wrong, packed ×1 instead of ×2 that I ordered. When I tried to correct her, instead of taking responsibility and apologise for it, she wanted to educate me on how it wasn't her fault but the fault of the order receipt not being clear. Like I made the rules for how their online machine prints out the order😏. Furthermore she put her finger on top of the drink cone to show me how it's diet coke, like hygiene is a thing of the past. Altogether it was a terrible experience

It was difficult to know if I needed to pay to park outside, ended up paying just to avoid a problem, but I think it might be free at night. Most seating was cordoned off, the rest was mostly full of truck drivers and discarded used packaging. Service was slow, surfaces were overdue a wipe. The food was disappointingly cool and rubbery aftersuch a wait.

After queueing for several minutes to order, I used my Google timeline to find I'd been there for 25 minutes, 24 of them at the front of the queue. I heard 3 people complain to say they'd waited several minutes for their separate orders, and I've family asked for a refund after waiting 30 minutes. Even staff serving lucky customers were telling people in the kitchen to hurry up.

The most disgusting take away I have ever been in. Multiple tables with litter on. Litter and left over food on tables and floors. The bins were overflowing and litter left on their top. Very few staff working and the wait was about 30 minutes. I wasnt bothered about waiting but the hygiene was repulsive. How this gets 5 star hygiene rating amazes me. There are much better managed take aways. For a huge company to not have an audit system to ensure that this does not continue is not acceptable. If I worked for Lancaster Council I would close it down it was that disgusting. No wonder nobody was eating in the shop. Top finalise the food was very greasy and I had to ask for a complete order as 1 item was missing. Report sent to Lancaster Council for them to act on.

Fast food! Had to wait over 30 minutes for our order to be provided. When we did get it the chips were cold from sitting in the bag while the rest of the order was randomly selected (incorrectly as I turned out). Used to be my favourite fast food restaurant among the big names, but unfortunately no longer.

Awful! I waited over 30 mins on my break after placing more order. Watched everyone else get served until I had enough and demanded my money back to which the kid behind the counter said "we can do it now if you want?" You should have done it ages ago love! Just give me my cash back. Grim place. Avoid 100000%
