Subway

Clean, big sitting area for a Subway, nothing special just your typical subway restaurant. This is where it gets interesting I ordered the special of the day off the menu, it said spicy Italian on Tuesday. First they only put 3 pepperoni and 3 salami when its supposed to be 5 of each. When I went to pay the girl behind the counter says to me that they do not have specials of the day, so I pointed at their menu where it was being advertised (see photo) and she refused to acknowledge it. Either staff is not knowledgeable enough or owner is trying to stiff you.

I have never been to a subway who pulled out bread that was not done completely then proceeds to tell me they don’t have ham so we chose steak then proceeded to put cold steak on the sub and look at me and say we don’t have enough to do the sub but he was still going to do the foot long then proceeded to tell me the manager told them the meat and all is frozen and not to worry about fill up just tell the costumers your out ! Why would an employee even try to make a sub knowing they was not enough to put on it and then tell me it’s his boss decision to do it this way I said no just cancel my order ! I went to the subway on airport road and had no issues no stories saying they out of everything because of the truck or cause of their manager not letting them unfreeze meat ? I didn’t even know the meat was froze to began with. I will not be back to 9 bypass and that’s 50 dollars or more every time we come in several times a month. I will always tell my friends and family that the one on airport treats you better and also doesn’t tell some story about every item missing we ask for.

I placed a mobile ordered at 5pm. It said they would have it out on the mobile order stand at 5:15. Got their at 5:20 expecting my order to be done and it wasn't. Okay, thats fine i understand they can be understaffed and have alot of orders to do. But they had 4 people working while 2 of the employees basically stood there and did nothing. Finally got my sandwich (that was made wrong) 30 minutes late. I walked out of there at 5:50.
