Wa Chang Buffet

They will chase you for a tip. This was probably the worst dining experience I e ever had. The bar was not stocked, if there was anything in the trays there was only enough for a bite. Then when paying the waitress actually came to the register and asked if I was going to put my tip at the table or on the card, I had read a lot of reviews of people saying they harassed them for a tip but didn’t believe it. Well BELIEVE IT!!! This woman asked a few times then went to basically demanding a tip. Sorry, but you just lost your tip, well lost the financial kind, but definitely received a verbal one. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plaque!

There should be an option for less than 1 star. Got takeout. Was very large portion, however inedible. Me and my daughter each only ate 2 small bites before discarding into trash, was afraid of getting sick. Tasted as if the grill/pans had not been cleaned, ever. Only flavoring was an entire bottle of burnt soy sauce. Would not even take home to feed to my chickens. Very obsessed about tips here, apparently there is even an automatic tip for takeout without even informing us, which is unethical.

It's ok is the exact definition. Showed up for supper buffet was completely empty. Empty as in no one has restocked it. Took my CLEAN plate and sat down and watched everyone else do the exact same. When they finally did restock it wasn't much and it was 3 items. And everything was burnt and hard as a rock. But the few pieces that weren't tasted relatively well. New to lancaster from rock hill. Will give it a 2nd chance soon. If it's better will change rating if it's not this post will stand. Also lady behind counter had a hissy fit over the $7tip I left for the server.

Food was decent and service good until waitress came to table and demanded a tip. My tip to them is don't take no wooden nickles and if your self conscious about your service to the customers you need another profession. If you do a good job and respect your customers you get a tip if you have to beg and demand for a tip your not sure of yourself. Ps watch what you say in Chinese the American at the table just might understand your insult
