Huddle House

The worst food and service. We sat for almost 20 minutes before the server gave us menu's or took our drink order. (which was wrong) The cheese fries were cold and didn't even melt the cheese. The chicken from this salad taste really metallic. We could hardly eat the food and ended up leaving only to get sick on the way home.

Ordered $45 worth of food. Payment processed, was told to pickup at 6:03pm. Guess what, restaurant was closed. Contacted corporate office and they said they will escalate the complaint and get back to me in 2 business days. That was 5 business days ago. While I understand unforeseen issues, to process orders and payments for a closed business is terrible. And then to just ghost the customer is even worse. Oh but DoorDash seems to be able to update their site and not steal someone’s money.

We actually did not eat here. We had planned on having breakfast here mid week. We've recently moved to the area. Once inside, we noticed that all tables were full, one server, one grill cook, and 12 orders waiting to be cooked. We struck up a conversation with a table that was waiting for their food. They said to plan an hour and a half to get our order. We left. Also, there was a hand written note on the front door. "Not accepting coupons at this time". That's understandable. They need help!

Came in around 10 am and just finished eating around 11:50. Switched servers on us and that was a big confusion. Our last server wasn't in a good mood, not friendly or helpful. While waiting for food, our waitress didn't come to the table once for refills or check in. We did end up getting a refill from another lady running around the place who wasn't our waitress. When food was brought out, it was incorrect but at that point an hour and a half later, I didn't wanna say anything. My mama wasn't happy though and pointed out it was incorrect and I could tell the server was frustrated. Overall a poor experience, even without the long wait for food. Will not come back.
