Sonic Drive-in

Horrible experience! Not the first time drinks & service has been bad but I decided to give them another chance; huge mistake. All I ordered was a tea with lemon and when I took a sip I received way more than I bargained for. Gritting disgusting filth filled my mouth and had to immediately spit it out... super disgusting! No lie, believe me when I say, as I poured the cup of tea out I noticed that one lemon slice seemed to be rotten and there black sludge at the bottom of my cup... not cool!! Never again will i visit this location and beware to anyone who orders drinks. This place needs to be more sanitary, no telling what we have receiving in our drinks this whole time.

I mean this Sonic is just BAD. Like if you don’t have to go here please don’t. There are several other good food places around. Every time I go here it’s a bad experience, and I always try to give them another chance. Food they give is always old or cold. The most recent experience why I’ll never come here again is sitting at the drive thru line waiting for someone to take my order and no one came in over 5 mins to even say hold on or I’ll be with you in a moment. I saw workers with headsets walking outside but said nothing so we left. This Sonic obviously HATES MONEY! Don’t waste your time unless you want to deal with a terrible experience.

There is a reason why the drive thru at In & Out burger is always packed because they have amazing customer service.. With that said people with funky attitudes shouldn't work at fast food restaurants. I ordered a large combo and only got regular size fries. And then trying to be funny she handed me back the wrong reciept and not the one that shows me ordering a large combo. The fact that her day is already goin bad and now I have to leave a review saying how my day is going bad thanks to poor service and not getting what i paid for is ridiculous. If you don't like your job then make better life decisions.

Worst experience I ever had at this sonic, order was make wrong twice, the worker who brought my things to me was nice and tired to do what he could to fix the problem, but the female manager was rude as hell, when I tried to tell her she was ringing up the wrong thing she insisted that it was wrong up right… Needless to say it was WRONG and I was over charged. Worst visit yet.
