Firstly it was full and they staff was limited, then the waiter acted as if we were asking too much of her because the food was just not good.. I understand that in these times people don't want to work but atleast if you are give great customer service and we as the customer will definitely be generous in our tipping! Still paying for the food left it on the table..

First - was quoted 20 minutes. Waited an hour to be seated. Had to give drink order twice. Had to pull teeth and ask multiple times for refills - and then only got half at a time. Food finally came out, and we had to ask for utensils multiple times. Sat there for ten minutes looking at our food before we could actually eat. The only time the waitress was attentive was when it came time to pay. She STOOD THERE AND WAITED for us to produce a card and then AGAIN while we signed the receipt. She was rude the whole time. I understand places are short staffed, and having been a server in the past I typically have a lot of patience and tip well. But this was undoubtedly the worst dining experience I've ever had. We won't be back. Managers TRAIN YOUR WAIT STAFF.

Save your money, but most importantly save your time. Do not stop, keep on driving, don’t find yourself saying “we should have listened” very bad service, extremely slow service, waited 15 mins and we had to go find our waitress. Once we found her, she was not happy or helpful. The kitchen staff is to busy playing around in the back, almost like nobody is in control. Drive a few extra mins away from here.

We often stop at IHOP on road trips as they are generally quick quality food. We were disappointed over memorial day weekend at this location. Late afternoon with only 3 tables seated, one waitress working the dining area. Order was taken and drinks brought out quickly, but the food order took 45 min to arrive. My wife's chicken was raw in the middle, and we asked to just heat it up to finish cooking the meat. They did provide a fresh serving, but still was raw in the middle. Unfortunately we had already spent an hour at tho point and had to get back on the road. The manager was courteous enough to not charge for the drinks as we had to depart.

We’ve been here twice to see if it was any better than the first time. Over 20 minutes before we got our drinks and then not all of them came out. Had to ask repeatedly for the drink that didn’t. The food takes entirely too long to come out. There’s waitresses on their phones, checking their phones at tables, etc. we got chicken and waffles and she didn’t return to the table. No syrup. Overall I wouldn’t give this place or their staff any stars if it would still let me leave a review. They charged us a full size chicken and waffles when I asked for a jr. had no idea it wasn’t. The waitress seemed stoned. The manager just apologized and I still had to pay full price for the two bites my child ate when I ordered a kids for a reason. I could go on but just don’t waste your time. It’s REALLY not worth it.

I placed a curbside order online and received a text that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrive at the restaurant and it’s mayhem. The front service concierge is telling everyone the same line when they ask about their order (it’s being prepped in the back) even though many have been waiting for awhile. I stupidly sat there and waited for mine until after an hour, I’d had enough. Folks that walked in the same time as me but were dining in, had eaten and were preparing to check out while I was still waiting for the order I placed online to come out. I asked for a refund and was giving the run around to speak with a manager. When she finally came to the front, I was told I would not receive my money back for 3-4 days. I asked was there something that could be done for the inconvenience of waiting over an hour for my food and having to wait days to receive a refund and of course no resolution was offered. This was my first time frequenting this location but I absolutely guarantee I will never return. I’m very disappointed in how this transaction was handled. Lastly the door dash and Uber orders were simply sat on a table where anyone could walk in and pick up someone else’s order along with many hands touching the bags to see if it was their order. How gross! You’re better off traveling a bit of a distance to the cedar hill location rather than visiting this one. Two thumbs down!

I ordered online for curbside pickup at 11:00. The email said call the restaurant when you arrive, but the sign in the parking lot said text. I did. Waited 15 minutes, then called and got put on hold. No one answered and i got transferred to a voicemail. I had to go into the restaurant. It took another 15 minutes to get my food. I called again to complain, but no one answered. I left a message. No one called back.
