Pizza Hut

I had to read the other review first to see if how I was feeling was mutual.. I gave them 3 stars cause my order was made to perfection with the extra cheese on everything. I can't give them 5 stars for this location because I was at the store and showed them the coupon/online deal ANY LARGE PIZZA FOR $12.99 and when I showed them the online service was not allowing me to place my order, (tried to give me a medium when the coupon clearly said ANY LARGE FOR 12.99)the young lady laughed it off like "oh well",and charged me 19.99 for the pizza. When I came back to get my pizza, others were there complaining about their orders. The young man who helped was friendly but when I showed the deal online and online wasn't working he said my cost would be MORE if he honored the deal online... I will go back JUST BECAUSE I LOVE PIZZA HUT and it's across the street from my home. Please do better management.

I placed my Order over the phone.2 medium stuff crust pizzas. Pizzas were not cut right and the pizza was so flat. Tasted under cooked. I never had pizza hut this way before. So disappointed with my order I tried calling to talk to a manager was placed on hold and then they hanged up on me twice. Couldn't get a hold of anyone. Waste of money. Next time I will not order for this establishment. Just so disappointed I couldnt speak to anyone who could correct my order. Do not order from this place unless you want to waste money and eat undercooked pizza .Very disappointed with my order. Bummer

This wasn’t the first time I had a bad order but this time took the cake. I placed my order at 6:59 and got and expected delivery at 7:45 , I did not receive my food till 8:45. I called the store 7 times ! On the 7th call I was told my food was on the way. The pizza was room temp and my wings were partially naked due then not tossing the wings. I understand they may be busy , it’s all about expectation. I just wanted to leave this in hopes for improvement for this location but don’t worry I won’t be ordering from here again.

I ordered 45 mins ago.. the location is only 3.7 miles away...my pizza on a scale of 10 in temperature upon arrival was a 5. They sent two hot Dr peppers when they could of called to see if I wanted another selection that was cold. The pizza was hand tossed.. not the pan pizza I ordered..yup i paid the extra dollar.. they also used a door dash driver when I ordered through the official pizza Hut website. I was unable to reach the driver once they swipe their phone upon delivery. Ate only two slices than trashed it. It was cold by than...not happy.. Order number was...3220504192443001413034532

Just picked up a pizza from this location and it was burned with no sauce and all ingredients were centered on this odd shaped piece of dried bread that did not even resemble a pizza. I work hard for my money and Pizza hut will NEVER get to take it from me again. My cat could have prepared a better pizza.
