Vegan & Gluten Friendly, Great place for Vegetarians, Certified Accesible Restaurant. Salad buffet bar with multiple vegetarian, Vegan & Gluten free menu. Sweet Tomatoes offer Soups, Pastas, Bakery, Softserves, multiple Salad options, kids menu, juices(mix n match) Most of the Food items were toothsome, the only issue was the unsavoury baked goods. I was expecting soft, fresh desserts.

This is a salad, soup, and bread buffet. Most of the menu stays the same throughout the year with a handful of things that change each month to celebrate either an origin around the world or a specific food that’s in season. Typically, the only meats on the menu are a tuna salad, a chicken noodle soup, a clam chowder, and a chili. Lunch will cost you around $10 and will not include a drink and dinners rates slightly higher, though the menu doesn’t change. They have coupons that come via email or mail flyers that can typically save you a dollar or so. They have a to-go option that has recently changed so I have provided pictures. This particular location is always clean and the wait staff friendly. My knock of a star is the price of the buffet and their new to go prices adjustments. It use to be that you paid a standard lunch rate, you could use coupons, and you took home a larger variety of food. Now, it’s $10, no coupons, and less food options. Since you really can’t get much in the way of meats, the prices seem a bit hefty to do regularly.

If you are health conscious then this place is great to eat. They use fresh ingredients and food is flavorful. The only gripe I have is they hardly offer tomato soup. Its ironic because they are called "Sweet Tomatoes". Its also worth going if you have a coupon that includes the drink or if you are a senior 60 and over and come in before 5pm for a better discount.

Sweet tomatoes is such a great place full of options to chose from, it’s all salad and no meat so a good reset for the body! But don’t let that fool you into thinking it’s not somewhere to stop and eat! When you first walk in you help yourself to the salad bar and after you’ve picked what you wanted you pay and proceed to the soup, pasta and bakery section and then grab a drink and seat yourself! It’s genuinely a much better option than GC around the corner and more filling! The best thing there are the coconut muffins! Give it a try, you won’t regret it!

A pasta dish and a soup both had some meat in them, a rarity. The salad bar was great as it always is at ST. This one is an open, airy place with large windows on all four sides, the only one with better ambience is Brandon. All was not perfect, parking is insufficient for busy times. They used empty tables to stack dirty food covered dishes. Unsightly and blocked tables from customer use. One of the better ones.

To ANYONE who reads this DO NOT WATSE YOUR MONEY AT SWEET TOMATOES. I went here to give it a try and the food was repulsive and disgusting (besides the salad bar which was ok). Not only is the selection very minimal and the quality of the food was horrible, but the pastas are overcooked as well their other dishes. Service was horrible and plates stacked on our table. Go somewhere else

Sweet tomatoes in steady hand good. this month I had a chicken Mediterranean salad which was quite delicious although there was not much chicken in it. Plenty of salads and plenty of soups although they don't make their soups in house anymore they are still quite good. I noticed today that the brownies are actually brownies before they were just chocolate muffins. I finished with the frozen yogurt and tapioca pudding.
