First time visit. Lunch time Friday November 2, 2018. I didn't know it was a take out only style place until I walked in with my wife. It didn't take long to start adding up the many reasons to make this a rating of 2. First, it rained earlier in the day but not for a couple hours. There are 2 tables and a few chairs outside. They were wet and not wiped off. Making them useless. Second. The communication between the staff and customer sucked. I ordered the $5 pizza and drink for me. Wife ordered chicken parmesan sandwich. The menu said $7 for the sandwich but rang up at $8 on the receipt. I inquired about the price discrepancy and was nonchalantly told... *Oh those are old menus* There was no note saying prices in menu are not consistent. Third. The jars of marinara for sale were covered with ages of dust. I didn't notice an expiration date on them which is disturbing. Fourth. The pizza and sodas were taken out and put to the side to wait for the Chicken parm sandwich. After that as the food turned to room temperature, it took 11 minutes to see the chicken sandwich go into the oven. We got our food around 15 minutes after order was placed.. with no customers in front of us. We were given our food and without a word and before we could ask for napkins (empty napkin container on counter) no one was at the cash register to ask .they did have a tip jar which is insulting to me. The chicken parmesan sandwich was about half the size it should have been for $8 ($7 menu price). Wife wasn't super excited about it. We ate in the car because the tables were wet. One good thing is they give a military discount of 10% for the person in the party with the valid ID card. Also, the deep dish pizza was not too bad and one piece is filling With everything said and done, I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.

We love this pizza. We've tried all the crusts so here's our humble opinion... Thin crust - we like it but prefer Charlie & Millie's if we're in the mood for thin crust. (C&M doesn't deliver) Double dough - very tasty. Bonus points for not taking too long to bake and get delivered (even faster if you're willing to pick it up) Deep dish and Stuffed - fabulous but takes minimum of 40 min to bake. Then add your delivery or pick up time. Pastas have all been good. My kids also love their wings. Definitely becoming a staple in our rotation. Update: (6/18/17) We have ordered a few more times. I deducted a star because they are never ready when they say they will be. See pictures below...ordered online at 5 pm. Promised delivery by 6:30 and I just called at 6:50pm, won't be here for another 20 min. Plan accordingly...

I have been to this location twice. Both times for the lunch special... "Jumbo slice and soda for $5"... Both times the pizza was cold. I even asked the young lady at the front to make sure that the pizza was fresh. She swore that the pizza just came out, which was a lie. I gave this place a second try just in case the first time was a fluke... It wasn't. This place sucks. I've literally had better frozen pizza from Walmart. Rosati's is just not good pizza by any means. Everything just tasted processed. If you've ever had authentic Chicago style pizza then you will know instantly when you taste it, that this place is far from "authentic"... I am also from Chicago and my expectations were very high, sadly I was extremely disappointed and will never go there again. Don't even waste your time.

We got delivery one night for my family and it was a hit!! We got the Spinach Gorgonzola salad, the Italian Beef sandwich, an order of the Fettuccine Alfredo and a 12' thin crust cheese pizza. Everything was absolutely delicious! I would certainly recommend this place to other friends and family members! We're looking forward to trying the deep dish :-)

I would give them ZERO stars if I could! This is the most atrocious example of customer service (and pizza making) I've EVER experienced. We've ordered pizza from this location 4 times since they opened. Every time has been a good experience except today. On our way from a long road trip, we decided we'd pick up a stuffed pizza. Our usual - tomato, garlic on the whole thing, with pepperoni on half, spinach on the other half. Not a super difficult order. We picked up the pizza and drove about 20 minutes home. We open the pizza and see some kind of liquid dropping off the top (definitely not tomato sauce, which is typical on a stuffed pizza - and any pizza for that matter). We stick our finger in it and realize the pizza is DRENCHED in BARBECUE SAUCE. Really? Ok....Our first thought is, that's fine - mistakes happen. So we call them because it's assumed that when an establishment makes a mistake, they're going to fix it. WRONG! They refused to deliver the correct pizza to us because we are 5 minutes outside of their delivery zone. They said it was not possible. My husband was the one who spoke to a woman named Angelina, and since she was unreasonable he then spoke with a woman named Nicole...he was very kind and reasonable in his request. They said we could pick up the pizza or get a store credit. Needless to say, after a long road trip, we didn't feel like driving back so that they could fix the mistake that THEY made. We gave them multiple chances to do right by us and they refused so we asked for a refund. So now we have a pizza with barbecue sauce all over it that we can't eat, and nothing for dinner after a long trip out of town. We kept returning to this location due to lack of good Chicago pizza in this area. Chicago pizza joints don't seem to do well in this area for some reason, and we continued to order from them because the pizza is normally pretty good, and we were hoping to help keep them in business. However, something I cannot and will not deal with is poor customer service and this is close to the worst I've ever experienced. After this situation, I will be sure to let everyone I know that they should not order from this location and I won't be sad if they go out of business.

We just went for the first time. The pizza is outstanding, loved it! I got a slice of the double stuff crust sausage pizza (huge slice) and a drink for $5. The only reason for the four stars is because we had no shade to eat under outside and it's the middle of summer. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
