Hungry Howie's Pizza

I love the night crew the guys there are SUPER friendly and down to earth. They also make a great oven baked sub! The lady there is nice as well. However, the purpose of this post is not to get anyone in trouble but to bring attention to an issue I noticed. The lady as I said is nice, but the last time I went there her hands were extremely dirty. They were black like she had soot on them. I was quite displeased with this mainly because I didn’t know if she made my food. Although, I think the guys made it. I truly hope they did. All other experiences have been pretty good. I hope this was a fluke and won’t happen again. Luckily for the company the guys there are so friendly I have this experience a 3 ⭐️ had it not been for them I would have given this experience at most 2 ⭐️.

I am not a big Pizza fan just because i am very picky with my food. I really liked the Hungry Howie's on Walsingham Rd, Largo. However, in the past year or so something changed. Their pizza went from very good to very bad, almost not edible. Last time I bought the Supreme , fir a large i paid $24, and 4 people did not finish it, so bad it was. Last time when i was waiting for my pizza, one hug cam i with a bunch - maybe 15-20 row, pizza shaped dough in his hands, and i was wondering were was coming from. Something different they do with the dough, that is tasting weird. The same pizza ordered at the Seminole Blvd location was excellent. I will let you all to be the judge.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Called wanting to know the specials they had. Was told nothing on special at this time. Ok I’ll take a medium 2 topping. 17 and some change he told me. I thought that was a joke but I already ordered so heck with it I’ll go get it. Get there plastered over there window is a large 2 topping for 9.99. I said we’ll can you change it to the large special price because I had asked what the special was and they said nothing. He said very annoyed “no”. Ok we’ll then keep your pizza and I left. As I was walking out the greasy haired grubby looking guy yelled “douchebag” will never be back and will be contacting corporate.

I’m just going to start off by saying, this is the most nastiest unprofessional Hungry Howies I’ve ever been to. So let me get started on the employees, I was waiting for over 45 minutes while the staff were just standing around. Also one of the employees sneezed in his hands & was rubbing his hands all over his nose and touched someone’s pizza that he was putting into the oven, & he never washed his hands. Then one of the employees was touching the pizza their hands were dirty, also not to mention none of them were wearing gloves. How gross 🤮 Definitely do not recommend this hungry Howies do not eat here.

I got a cold pizza delivered with no flavored crust I asked for that was on the ticket so when I call back for a new pizza or refund the manager AMANDA was super disrespectful on the phone and hung up on me about 3 times still have no food to feed my kids. Shout out the Amanda the most disgusting speaking manager there could be. This women should be fired
