Taco Bell

So I stopped in for a quick bite a couple weeks ago around lunch time, maybe a little later, and was really impressed by the quality of everything. Wanted to leave a review, but kinda just forgot about it. Then Saturday my daughter and were grabbing some stuff for the house, and she mentioned taco bell for a quick bite. I said well we'll see if the weekend night shift was just as good as week day lunch crew. Pulled up, hope didn't bother them on a quick break, but super fast friendly service, and kiddo said the best Quesadilla she had ever had from a taco bell and my loco tacos, I think best looking and tasting tacos I ever had from the 🔔 Bell. Both time drive through, both different times of day, both March and April. shout out to the Crew and management for keeping up to par. You Get 5 stars 🌟 from us.

Just have to say that I have visited this one location multiple times a week after my daughter's softball practice and games. Every time has been after 9pm. Each time we have ordered, our order is taken with a smile. We are never rushed and the staff at this location are the politest people I have experienced. Thats just the customer service experience side. The quality of food is beyond amazing. I have to call this out, because these places sometime do not serve the greatest quality later in the evening. Order is always correct as well. It's not often you get good quality food plus great customer service at the same time. Keep up the great work. I go out of my way to visit this Taco Bell when I need my TB fix. Whoever the manager is of this location is doing a phenomenal job. Thank you!

This is a fast food joint!!! You either love it or hate it...and I love Taco bell! Ever since I moved to this area ,this specific location has always had the best staff! And they always have baja blast ZERO for me! The food is always hot and fresh... for me! Thank you for being my guilty food pleasure! ❤️

The management at this location was nice and pleasant. One individual that was working for the night refuse to share her name. She “he” access the window and was rude. So unprofessional and incapable of pleasing a customers satisfaction . I hope management makes corrective action for this person because having someone in this work environment is poor. Transgender racial gesture has nothing to do with her personality. She (he) responded in a negative way and made my visit and experience very unpleasant. I hope to never see this employee at this location or any location. Poor employee attitude and taco bell must do something to correct this. 100% disrespectful.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at taco bell. My quesadilla was not grilled, cheese wasn't even melted, had no sauce, and was not cut. My cheesy gordita crunch had nacho cheese on the shell instead of melted cheese and also had no sauce. I requested extra sauce on both items. My grilled burrito wasn't even grilled. I was beyond disappointed with my food. Never order from this taco bell this time of night!

Worst experience i’ve had. I ordered online on the app. When i showed up, they informed me that they didn’t have chalupas or mexican pizza and that i needed to request a refund and i could either “take the food they made or not”. They had a snooty attitude over the microphone at the drive thru, and even told me if i wanted to exchange the chalupas (that they were in lack of) that i would have to pay the difference and there was nothing they could do about the pizza. I decided to just take what they had made, and it turns out they didn’t put half of my order in the bag, excluding the chalupa and pizza. i’m so dissatisfied and they offered “free taco coupons” but NEVER EVEN GAVE THEM TO ME. LOL. Now i’m heading to wendy’s :) shoutout them ig

The level of disrespectful communication from a female employee with eyelashes half off her eyes was shocking. A Vehicle was having trouble in the drive through. Working with Door Dash I thought walking up would be best. The condescending grammar and the hostility from this individual was completely shocking. What has caused this complete 180° turn at this location. This TB is always busy be prepared DD and UEs! You will be waiting a long time
