When I went in to get some food and gas, I got cursed out by the employee because I asked for 4 tacos instead of the 10 tacos that had been previously prepared.I didn't understand because every other 711 gladly did it with a smile on their face. Then after she cursed me out and embarrassed me in front of other customers in the store, she ended up getting the 4 tacos and threw them on the counter at me.

I went into the store this morning to buy juul pods, they have a sign for $5 off when you buy 2 four packs. After the 2 employees looked at the sign they then told me the promotion was over. I said so the sign means nothing, and again was told it was over. As I was walking out of the store the girl with long black hair and a hat said, "she needs to fix her attitude". I'm pretty sure its the other way around. If this is who you have representing your store, i can see why your customer service is at such a low. Don't advertise something you don't plan on honoring and it never hurts to smile and be courteous when running a business.

This place is woefully understaffed I was in there last night only one person working and a line at all times. I went back in there this morning again only one person working the counter. When I got in there , there was a line and no one knew where the girl went. I figured she was in the bathroom which she was after a more than five minute wait she came out and of course had to apologize for the crime of having to go to the bathroom. How about the owners apologizing for a store that isn't properly staffed to qualify as a CONVIENCE store. The Lottery self check machine isn't available because its blocked by all kinds of candy. The people working there seemed to be competent but they can't do the jobs of two people and should be able to go to the bathroom without having to feel bad or apologize.

This is not a scam September 14th 2020 approximately about 10:30 p.m. viewed a homeless person inside the 7-Eleven store on Missouri doing the employees work getting in the way of the customers when I asked her excuse me could I get through she told me to go around that she was standing thereproceeded to walk me to my car to tell me how to pump my gas she's telling the cashier how to do his job viewed her drinking up beer in the store and smoking spice around children and as I was leaving I was viewing her leaving the store with two milk crates and I had sandwiches from the cooler in them please look at your videos
