Dunkin'

Dunkin' has gone down the hill over the last few months. I ordered coffee with oat milk and roasted pepper avocado toast over the app today. When I went to pick it up, I was told they're out of oat milk and sourdough bread. Since I couldn't cancel the order I told them to use coconut milk (they were out of almond milk as well) and do everything bagel instead. Bagel was so burnt that I couldn't even eat it. I think I'll just avoid DD for the time being.

Place is absolutely terrible. We asked for a very simple strict to the point order, everything bagel vegetable cream cheese not toasted. We payed and drove home. We got home and the bagel was completely black and had regular cream cheese. We drove back to location and the manager blamed the “lighting” stated its to dark in the kitchen. She then gave use our order and apologized. So we drove home. Get home and guess what? It’s wrong again!! So after almost a hour wasted the order is still wrong. Absolutely terrible that employees can’t even make a bagel and cream cheese correct!

Coffee cup was defected, so it leaked into my cupholder and all over my clothing. Coffee was also luke warm, so, at least, I wasn't burned. They used to be my favorite Dunkin. Not anymore! They are constantly out of items: extra large cups, creamer, bacon, etc. The staff is friendly, but they are working without a net. They store owner won't even allow the manager to purchase a simple item like creamers, to tide them over til a truck delivery.

I stop here a couple of time s week due to convenience, but regret it every time. This location has really spiraled over the past couple of months. They are constantly out of products and there is always something wrong/missing from the order. A few weeks ago they were out of creamer… How does a coffee shop run out of creamer lol! The staff is super friendly and they’re always upbeat. This place has the right staff but poorly managed in my opinion.

For months two ice coffees, a 30 to 40 minute wait daily. I mean obviously it was my choice to wait but at this point I will no longer do so and obviously based upon the timer every location has the proper parties are aware this is an issue and no correction is being made. Please do not tell me (again) this is because of a staffing shortage because observantly that is not the case and if you monitored the location in the afternoon hours you would know that as well.. In all honesty it would be best just to close this location and this is from someone who has came here almost daily for years, who frequents numerous locations for decades. With that being said I would like to take a second to say the staff has always been personable and our only complaint is the ridiculous wait time and lack of management.
