I have never experienced the level of just absolute ineptness and disregard for providing a worthy customer experience. I can disregard the fact my waiter was extremely high; however, that led to confusing information, drinks that had to be corrected such as giving us a long pour which was only 3/4 full and thinking the bs line that he was told to tell us would fly. No saucer for apps or effort in timing with table delivery. But the person who ultimately responsible is the nonexistent Manager who was lacking in every part of their job on Saturday April 16, 2022. The food was okay but I really can't remember over the terrible experience. I will never eat here again and would not recommend this place to anyone. You have options with your money and where to spend it. Unless unrestrained ratchetness is your thing, eat somewhere where the service is at least as good as your meal. Did I mention how much I despise this place?

The area where the restaurant located in a newly development near the UMMC capital area in largo near FedEx field. The restaurant is very clean, very inviting and very friendly staff. Our server Joshua was friendly, quick check on our table asking if we need anything. Food was very tasty and the steak was big portion and very good. We had a little issue, but the manager(sorry didn’t get her name right) resolved the issue in a very professional, and in a very polite manner. I thank her for her professionalism and respectfully resolving the issue quickly. She is Great 👍 I recommended this restaurant for everyone.

Overall dining experience was ok my server Keon check back with me often just a few things that didn't meet my expectations for the visit to MOD the restaurant was freezing cold very uncomfortable for eating and the French onion soup was very salty, the pilaf rice was very bland not like the pilaf rice I've tasted in other countries please work on restaurant comfort I felt as though I had to go get my sweater out of car for dining the steak was cooked perfectly good job.

Visited here on a random Friday night with a friend (just 2 of us). There was a 20 minute wait, which wasn't too bad although it didn't seem that busy. The problems started when we were seated. There weren't many servers so it took about 15-20 minutes to come ask for drinks and appetizers. We got no silverware, until we were told they had none and were given to-go cutlery. We asked our waiter for metal cutlery and he complied, but the cutlery he brought us was dirty and had pieces of food still on it! I asked for clean cutlery, which he came back with after about 7 minutes. We finally were able to put our food and appetizers in, but the appetizers did not come for 40 minutes! My friend's food did not come for another 10 minutes after that, by that time is was almost 11pm (we were seated at 9:40)so my friend sent her food back because she ordered a full rack of ribs and only got half, while I took mine to go. When asked about the long wait, we were told there was only one cook. My friend said that the least they could have done was told people at the door that they were severely short-staff so we could have made an informed decision about whether we wanted to eat there or not. The guy apologized and said he had only been working there for 4 days. The people were not rude, but the wait was outrageous and if I ever did decide to visit again I would take my own cutlery.

Took my mom here for her 53rd Birthday and we had a blast! The chicken wings appetizer was so fresh and delicious, we had to order another plate of them. The LongHorn steak was made with care and love. It was prepared well and was super tender and moist. Our waiter Darren, was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. I would recommend this location for large and intimate gatherings. 5 STARS

I frequent this establishment on a regular basis. My last trip was when I experienced a customer who treated the waiter poorly. The waiter went out of his way to get drinks that were unavailable that day. The customer was told that he would do something to make them happy. Instead, the customer complained and berated the enthusiasm of the waiter. That customer left and paid an undeserved half price and did not tip. No worries, I compensated the waiter for his alacrity at both tables. I’ve been eating there for three years, never have I received a unacceptable or salty steak as I did at the Colonial Heights, VA Longhorn. I think that the manager at this location makes sure there is excellent service and food is served in a timely manner. I suggest that foodies eat here but drunks should not because it’s about the food.

Just don’t even waste your time coming here. We appreciate our big party being accommodated after being told it couldn’t but the service was horrible. Our server kept forgetting to bring us the simplest things such as drinks. Our food took over an hour because they said our party was big but the other 5 tables in our party were already eating. I ordered a medium ribeye and when it finally came out it was well done. They told me I might have to wait an hour for another steak because the kitchen was backed up. Mind you there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. I told them to forget about it because it’s insane to tell me I have to wait another hour after already waiting so long. They had the nerve to offer me chicken tenders because it would come out the fastest. You can tell there’s no management on duty and if there is they must be oblivious to how this restaurant is running. No one was apologetic and the servers had the audacity to have an attitude when they can’t do their job right.

Long wait time (graduation day so I understand) Food was great and prepared exactly as ordered. Service was lacking. Sat for aver 20 minutes without our server checking on us. Ordered an Old Fashioned, server brought a drink that was barely 3/4 of the way filled. (Server offered to add more ice) SMH... For a 10$ drink I would expect a full drink.
