Burger Time

I'm really sad I had such a bad experience because the food is really good. I love their burgers. They just taste better than other places. But I had such a horrible experience here that I have to leave this rating. We waited in line for almost 40 minutes for them to get our order wrong. I went back in to ask them to fix it and they said "oh we thought you left" and handed me a back of completely ice cold burgers. There's no way to leave that drive thru line so there is absolutely no way we would have just left! It completely ruined my day as we were getting those burgers for a long road trip and were really looking forward to it.

At first I tried to call I order with no one answering twice. Finally went through drive thru. I opened the order after getting home and it was wrong. Rolled tacos soggy with cheese and they didnt give me the Chile I ordered. Once I started eating the rolled tacos there was a hair in the first one I bit into. Management and service has gone down. For $32 for 4 items this is not how it should have been. After going for years, I'll never go again.

This was a 4 Star place when I went to NMSU, but I just visited it again for homecoming and it was awful. I understand the place is just about to close for good and I can see why--it's just gone downhill in every way. My buddy threw an entire burger away after one bite. The dining area smelled faintly of the sewer, the whole place was dirty and there weren't even any towels in the restroom. We managed to choke down some rolled tacos, but that was all. After we left, we had the "what if we get food poisoning" conversation.

Don't judge a restaurant by its looks otherwise you would miss out on a fantastic burger. mind you I only got the sliders because I was starving and just wanted a quick bite and it was the closest place to eat something. I was impressed. juicy and tasty. what a real burger should taste like. I'm going again for their rolled tacos.

When we got there we stood at the counter to order for about 3 minute white the 2 girls working carried on a personal conversation. The was also a long line in the drivethru. The food was good but $5 for a small order of basic nachos is much. Plus there was ants on the wall and a cockroach under the bench. Then while I was eating with my daughter, we noticed the place smelled like pee and one girl was yelling at the other from across the room. Total waste of money!
