My burger was definitely microwaved. They had no waffle fries and my regular fries were salty. The customer service was not good. This location used to be good.

I ordered a Western burger and received a big carls. Since i went thru the drive thru and i was hungry i ate it but it was ok at best. For over $11 i can go to classier places and maybe receive what i ordered.

I understand working the late shift isn't the best but that's no excuse for VERY poor customer service. I could barely give my order before being told to pull forward when I was the only one in line and once I got to the window the food is basically tossed at me. Sorry you chose to work at a 24 hour location and people still need to eat.

Everywhere else was closed @ 3:30 a.m. Food was edible but we debated whether they spit in our food. Major attitude & this was 3rd visit with those charmers!

Every time I go to this location the quality of service and food is top notch. The ladies that run this ship know what they're doing and it reflects in every aspect. Thank you ladies. I order a jalapeno burger with no tomatoes cuz I'm allergic they put tomatoes on it then remove it left the seeds of the tomatoes all over my food I called up there and they put me on hold and then hung up on me I continue to call no one answers I'm in very upset and it's not the first time they did that and I know it would not be the last.

The cost increases are substantial. I went here to order three burgers and one French fries and it’s was $28 so I left. Won’t be back, rather go to an actual restaurant and pay the same.
