Hot Box Cookies Lawrence

First time customer and honestly I don't think I will order again. I ordered a box of 24 and only received 18 cookies. Some of the cookies in the box were not even what I ordered. I had them delivered and they were 30 minutes later than the expected time. The cookies themselves tasted fine, not fantastic but okay. The service I got though has completely turned me off. I have already contacted the support people on the website and they have yet to contact me back. Really disappointed that this is what happened.

He said they were made with real butter. I only took one bite and I knew it was a blatant lie. The chocolate chip ookies are nothing special. I bought one, and that was too much. It was just marginal. They are made with crisco and imitation chocolate chips. They charged me a $1.75 for one. Crazy pricing. 😧 Chips Ahoy are better than that. Sorry, not sorry. The guy at the counter said they were made with real butter. That was deceptive advertising which the Federal Trade Commission, FTC, protects against. I want my money back, Joe. You would say anything to make a buck, apparently. Let's see what the FTC and the BBB have to say about it. 😂🤣😂. They definitely don't use real butter or real chocolate. It's a lie if they tell you any differently.

I ordered last minute Valentine’s Day cookies from them early in the day. They texted me very quickly to let me know there would be a delay and to provide a window for when they could deliver. Once my delivery time passed I contacted them and they were very friendly and honest about the delay. The poor delivery driver got caught in the snow and they immediately called me to let me know it would be to my house as soon as they can. Great customer service and great cookies!
