Jimmy Egg

My daughters, wife and I checked this place out today and this restaurant quite possibly has the greatest server known to man, Tran. This guy is a service wizard! He made us feel like royalty and it was our first visit ever to a Jimmy's Egg. He was even picking up the slack on tables that weren't his (refills, silverware etc.)! There is a guy though with a man bun that needs to learn the difference between a booth and a table but besides that, a really nice place! Friendly, clean and open atmosphere with all of the breakfast classics and some new twists that are "garbage" or "debris." Seriously try it out and ask for Tran to be your server, he's a rockstar (he should teach courses on serving)!

I enjoyed this place once during a family reunion in Wichita, so I looked forward to it opening here. The food tasted very good (the water did NOT) and was hot, but....this is a big but...service was lousy. Three of us went in after 8am. There were a few other customers, but it was not busy by any means. We had to wait...and wait...to be seated, and then our server was quite short every time she spoke to us. Maybe it was a bad day for her, but she was happy and laughing back with the cooks. She left our ticket and just disappeared for the longest time. Looks like everyone here either needs more training or more adult supervision. Will we go back? I'm not sure.

i went with a large group of friends on a sunday morning/ early afternoon and the staff was super friendly. however, the food took forever and they didn’t bring everything out at one time. the first girl got her food 15-20 before my last friend got her food. the hasbrowns there super greasy, the avacado was not fresh and bad, the toast was not good either. everyone that ordered pancakes said they were gross. the hot chocolate machine was broken and the waiters were not communicating with eachother and we were asked the same questions multiple times and everyone was very confused. the prices are very cheap and they offer a student discount which was nice but the food is just bad. there are so many yummy, local places to go over this place. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I've visited one of these in Oklahoma before, and really enjoyed it, so I knew what to expect food wise. The layout is really nice, and the staff was great. Shout-out to Anthony and Briana, they were extremely friendly and took time to chit chat, while still taking care of their other duties. I will definitely be back. Thanks for a great first visit.

Came in with a group on Memorial Day. Understanding that it was busier than usual for a Monday and it was a holiday, our expectations were already low and somehow they still didn’t meet them. We waited 30-45 minutes for waters (hadn’t ordered yet) and when we asked for straws the waitress dropped them on the table, said YOU’RE WELCOME loudly at us and stalked out. After another 10 minutes, our server finally returned to take our order. We were sitting in a separate room from the main dining room with large windows looking out into the dining room. This gave us the opportunity to watch as the wait staff did everything EXCEPT take care of our orders, bring coffee when we requested it, or deliver the 3 remaining waters and chocolate milk that we had ordered close to an hour before. Considering a third of the group only ordered sides and it still took another 30 mins+ to get food, I believe there may have been a delay in putting it into the system. The only reason that I’m giving this establishment 2 stars is because after an hour and a half when we still hadn’t gotten food, waters for 3 people, or the chocolate milk, someone that I believe was the manager finally came in and took care of the refills and drinks. He apologized and checked on us a handful of times in the last 30 mins of our experience. This place appears to be new and definitely needs to work out some kinks with the staff and service before we would visit again. I wish we had checked the reviews before picking Jimmy’s Egg. Other than the manager finally stepping in, the food was decent when we were able to eat. So I guess that’s a bright spot too. All in all it felt like a slightly more upscale Denny’s with service to match.
