Red Lobster

I was originally told 15-20 min wait time. We received no notification during that time so I went back in to ask how long they said another 30 min as there was 5 people in front of us. So we waited again another 30 min and didn’t receive a notification and now the parking lot is almost cleared out. So I go back in to ask how much longer. The lady said there is 5 people still ahead of me. The lobby is empty! WTH!! Not only are they over price but this place sucks!

Absolutely appalling! We ordered curbside at noon for pickup at 5:00 PM. I arrived before 5 and checked in via their text system. I received a text at 4:56 that my food was ready and on its way. I called the phone number at 5:06 (no food had come out of the restaurant for any of the people in the curbside area let alone me). I was told they had a lot of orders (44) and we're behind. She took my name and said she would work on getting it out. At 5:21, without any food or communication from the restaurant I went inside and was told to go to the bar for pickups. Here I found several others waiting. I'll skip ahead a bit, I got my food at 6:01 after watching a parade of other folks come in and out, most not getting any food, a few (honestly maybe 5) getting food. The craziest thing was the lack of food coming out of the kitchen. It was one order every 5 min on average. I am not making it up, I was in there for 40 min and 8 orders came out, 3 of which were for people who had given their name to the togo staff. Why do they ask our names and then make food for people who are not present? If the food is for someone still waiting outside, take it outside. Nope, it sat behind the bar growing cold. My food, oh, it was somehow cold when I got home (a 8 min trip with the heat blasting). Cold fish is not what we were looking for.

I was meeting a party of 6 for dinner on New year's eve. I showed up exactly 3 minutes behind the other 5 people and they wouldn't let me join my party. The restaurant closed early for the holiday at 830. I arrived at 833 and was refused entry. Not the end of the world. Other than I had to go eat alone because the rest of my party made it in.
