Fazoli's

Most of the time, OK. Tonight, on 01/19/21 as of 8pm all outside lights were OFF, to give the "appearance" of being Closed. Even though Restaurant Hours say open until 10pm. When I went through Drive Through Window, was given a B.S. Story about Electrical issues only on the Exterior Lighting, which I didn't believe for 1 minute, as I'm a High Voltage, Union Electrical Worker at a Local Electric Company.

We came in for dinner and let me just say this place was running the best it ever has. I came in a couple months back, well before covid and the service was terrible. I was so impressed by the food and how all the workers were doing their jobs. I spoke with one of the managers, she told me her name was Beth and That her and nick were helping guests in the dining room. They did a great job and I’ll definitely be back

Haven't been in awhile and decided to have a carbonara the other day. I had come right after dinner rush and the staff was trying to recover. I've worked in food before so I understood that my wait was going to be a little longer so I asked if I could park and just wait. The manager Brittney said that was fine. 10 minutes later she walked my food out and apologized for the wait but reassured me that my food was hot and fresh and told me to come back tonight in hopes it would be a better experience. And let me just say it was absolutely amazing!!!! And Brittney was there again. Running the show from the kitchen with ease. I mentioned to the cashier that I was there the other day, they told her and she recognized me! The customer service this girl puts out is outstanding! I will definitely be visiting more often.

I went to the lees summit fazolis since I had an appointment on Saturday and was skeptical of how the food would turn out because the usual location I go to is Independence and I always have issues with getting the correct food and the staff is always rude. I got my food to go and it was fast. Like I couldn’t sit down before the food was ready, the order was right and the staff all knew what they were going. I asked the girl what her name was since I was so impressed. She said she was a manger and her name is Beth. She said she always wants the guest to have the best experience and that is why I am leaving this review because she definitely changed my view of fazolis

Very disappointed. Usually go to Belton. This location did not give bread sticks until main dish was delivered. Disappointed not having them with salad. Alfredo had a spot of sauce. Looked like we just ordered noodles. Took going up 2xs to get bowls of sauce to eat them. We ordered a meal to go. They brung it as dine in. When we asked for a togo container and we were restricted to a tiny box not the regular to go container. This ruined the dish we had ordered. Was told we had to use drive thru for big to go containers. Even though they messed it up? The bread sticks were soggy and did not even taste right. Belton location has been outstanding every visit. Stopped even eating at Olive Garden it was so good. Will never return to Lees Summit.

This Fazolis’ team has been great at sanitizing their restaurant where I’m comfortable with dining in. The crew is especially friendly and always suggests their best combination for the entree’s. I’m always confident that my meal will be delicious, fresh, and hot. Thank you to the Fazoli’s team for always giving me and my family a wonderful dining experience! 5-stars all the way!
