Edit to add: So impressed by the management today. One day after bad experience Rachel reached out to me and is making the situation right. She checked in on what went wrong and agreed ways to make it better. She is sending us gift cards and also made sure to wish my daughter a happy birthday! Glad to know they care about customers and working to make things right. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. After waiting 15 minutes for our drinks and appetizers our server came over to tell us she needs to leave for Family emergency, I understand things happen but this is where management could have stepped in to make things better, she brought our appetizers but waited 10 more minutes for our kids soft drinks. After 30 minutes of waiting for our beers my husband went to bar to get our drinks, a few minutes later the bar tender brought our drinks over. We asked which one was which beer and bartender shrugged his shoulders and said he didn’t know. He’s the bar tender and the one that poured but couldn’t tell us which beer was which. Tried to stay positive as it was my daughters birthday and we were celebrating. Ordered food and 2 of us were almost done eating before the rest received their food, ironically the wings were what came 15 minutes after other food. My wrap was half frozen but server never came back to check on us or status of food. We just asked for check and got out of there as soon as possible. Should add there were 2 other tables in there during this time so busy is not an excuse. So disappointed this is how we spent my daughter’s birthday.

Awesome service from Buffalo Wild Wings! I was greated today by the polite greeter, Anthony! My server, Hailey came in in such a good time and had a polite personality the whole time! I even made a specific request and she handled it with no problem! My food came in in quickly and it tasted awesome. I loved coming here and will be coming again again real soon!

BEST PLACE TO WATCH FOOTBALL!!!! BUFFALO WILD WINGS ALWAYS has all NFL games! This location in Lees Summit, MO is the cleanest and most cozy B-Dubs I’ve been to. The Staff is also Great! My recommendation is to ask for Miss Rachel the manager ! If there is ANYTHING you need she is the person to ask ! She is friendly and super personable! Hope you all get to experience Lees Summit B-Dubs like I do !

This location has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’d rather drive 20 minutes to the one in independence than to eat at the one 5 minutes away from me. Would never return to a business ran like this one. I see all the other reviews are about the same, think it’s time for something to change LMAO.

had a great server but unfortunately by the time that i got my boneless wings everyone at my table was done eating there meal. i was so upset i just got my food to go. We went there to enjoy a family dinner but for a family of four i guess that they preferer to serve one a t a time. No ones meal came out at the same time. I am happy with the food but not happy with our overall experience. I would have preferred to waited for our food, in order, to be served all at the same time. I wanted to have a family meal together but instead i felt like i needed to get my order to go due to everyone else already done with there meal by the time i got mine.

I placed a to go order and when I arrived to pick up, my family decided they wanted to add a few things last minute. Already had long day and to wait longer for more food was not on my list of high priorities. I asked for the manager in hopes they could help maybe in getting it a little faster. I really didn't expect that to happen, but manager Rachel rocked it out for me and had me on my way home. Definitely will be back! Thanks Rachel!
