Bacchus Bar & Restaurant

I went there for the first time on Friday night with a couple of friends. One of my friends has a food allergy, and I told the restaurant when I made the booking and when we arrived. My friend had plenty of food options to choose from, and each time we ordered, the server made sure to check about the allergy, which was reassuring. The service was really good, the food was fresh and yummy. They gave us free Turkish bread with garlic dip, which was delicious. We'll definitely go back, and I've already told my family and friends about this place;)

Had our first visit today, & was a tad apprehensive due to a couple of dodgy reviews I'd read. We were welcomed in a friendly manner, & given menus & they were explained to us. We ordered from the main menu. First of all we were given some hot bread with the best garlic butter I've ever tasted. Our main meals were perfect, really could not fault them. Had to ask for a doggy bag as the portions sizes were plentiful, & I feel the pricing appropriate. The venue looks really lovely & was clean & comfortable. My only constructive criticism is that the bottle of red wine we ordered was not at room temperature. Maybe it was an oversight, but it really should not be served chilled, which it was. Will definitely return though. Thank you. *Edit - visited again, 6 months later. Red wine still served cold & for £7.95 a glass it really should be served at room temp. Everything else very good.

Amerra (sorry if the name is wrong) works so hard in this place. She fell during the evening yet kept going even though clearly in a lot of pain, an amazing member of the staff! All the staff are great, friendly and helpful. Food is out of this world. I'd seriously consider this the best restaurant in Morley.
