Zaxby's

New circle road Zaxbys is the worst in Lexington. Waited 20 minutes for my food and checked order to notice they forgot fries for one of the meals. They gave me more but it was supposed to be a large fry but when I got home it was less than the fries in my kids meals. Then found out they didnt put my daughters chicken fingers in the bag so I still ended up cooking. Just a bag with box of fries. Bunch of high school kids with no training whatsoever. I wont be back to this one again.

I love Zaxby's, absolutely love it. Went in the drive thru placed my order, which included one order of 10 boneless chicken wings with no sauce. These 10 boneless wings were for my dogs, which is why I wanted no sauce. I pull up to the window to pay, hand over my card, get my drinks and card back, and am asked to pull up to spot #1. I wait in spot #1 for about 15 minutes before my order is brought out. The employee hands me the bags and walks off, doesn't wait to see if I'm satisfied with what I received. So, I go through the bags and realize that my no sauce boneless wings are actually bone in wings with buffalo sauce. So I get out of the car and talk to the same employee, who was bringing someone else's food out, and tell her it's wrong. I again explain, 10 boneless wings with no sauce. I wait about 10 - 15 minutes when the employee brings out a bag with my order in it, and aga5just walks off before I can check the contents. I open the container and find a 3 piece chicken strip meal, with fries and toast. So I laugh and again get out of my vehicle, but this time I walk into the restaurant. I walk to the counter and am greeted by the manager by being asked if the order he has on a tray is mine. I say no, and wait for him to find the customer it belongs to. I then tell him this is the second time this order was wrong. He told the kitchen we needed a 10 piece boneless with no sauce, and within two minutes I have my food and I'm finally on my way home. I give 3 stars purely because the food was, as always, great. The service at this Zaxby's is lacking. I don't know what happened, because it used to be a good location. Maybe I caught them on a bad day.

The few times we went thru drive thru they made us park and wait for our food to be brought out to us . Whatever happened to fast food? Last time they were training a window person who took our order . My wife ordered a regular Chicken sandwich, we got our food home and they gave her a spicey sandwich which gave her indigestion. Think they need a grown up to look over them.Lot of people standing around. I made the mistake and went there again, same dog thing happened. I called the restaurant spoke to the "manager about My problem and he banned me from Zaxbys.Not a loss at all. Very childish.

It is amazing how I’ve never gone to domino’s and have them tell me they were out of pizza or even McDonald’s to say they were out of cheeseburgers, But this Zaxby’s location in particular is always out of chicken which is what they specialize in. Mind blowing. Also they like to close early on the regular with the excuse of being too busy. I wonder how the corporate office feels about this. My colleagues and l frequent this establishment at lunch, only if you can get past the massive line around the building that moves at a snails pace but after 3 forget about it, although shout out to the three employees they have working the window every single time doing nothing to help.
