Subway

I usually have a pretty decent experience but this afternoon was a quick turn around. The employee was out of uniform working on the line and was not very coherent at all, she claimed to have just woke up but she was clearly under the influence. I was nice and such but it was an uncomfortable experience for sure and upon my arrival home the 3 subs I ordered were all incorrectly made. I asked for the new ultimate garlic cheesy bread and received the Italian herb and cheese bread. She also was talking bad about the owner and his father while they were sitting inside the store about 10 feet away from her, very inappropriate. The one decent thing about this experience is the polite smile and friendly comment from the owner himself as we were headed out the door.

Phenomenal service, but the staff is far too politically talkative. Having to sit and listen to employees ramble on about "what is wrong" with transgender persons was humiliating and painful. For that reason, I don't feel comfortable or welcome eating in at this location anymore. Employees shouldn't be openly discussing politics in front of customers regardless, and the comments on the psychiatric nature of transgenderism were completely unnecessary. Shame on Subway.

They were preparing to close at 7:30, and they didn't have half the sandwiches available. Last I'm not sure but I think the two employees where high. Dont think I'll return to this store. Edit: I gave it a one star because it wont let me give a zero! This is the only Subway you cannot get a meatball sub at which is the only sandwich I will eat from subway. Tried here 5 times morning, afternoon and they had meatball available once. Once!$%# It is a main sub in the subway chain.

Most employees are fine. One is a complete buffoon! He is the tall lanky male. Admits to making up prices for subs and the things that are put on them. When he works, I have never had my sandwich come to the same price. I typically go there every day after the gym and order the same thing yet my price is different. How does that work? Maybe after he is fired or quits, I can rate the service better but not until he no longer works there or there are some standards that are enforced by management over pricing! If you are reading this and manage this Subway, you have a problem!
