We recently ordered take out from Royal India Bistro, and the mango ice cream that we had ordered was not in the bag when we got home. We thought it was no big deal and just called to get it removed from our bill, but instead they offered to deliver it to us - even though we were outside their delivery area! Someone showed up with the mango ice cream just as we were finishing our dinner, and it was delicious (as was all the rest of the food!) We'll definitely be back for more of their amazing food and terrific customer service!

Small full menu Indian restaurant with a robust takeout business. The classic Indian chicken and lamb dishes were probably the best we have ever had. The onion naan and vegetable pekora were OK, but better elsewhere.

A hidden gem of an Indian place in Lexington. Nice ambience, classy but not overly so. Perfect for a romantic or other special occasions.
Foodwise:
papadam is clean and not greasy;
Goa shrimp is done perfectly, both the sauce and the done-ness of the shrimp;
Chicken tikka masala was delicious, with just the right touch of flavors and spices;
Interesting treatment of pakora in a tangy yogurt sauce;
Naan too is smeared with just the right amount of ghee.
Very enjoyable and relaxing meal.
