Wing Zone

Great food love wing zone food. But the service here is atrocious. I put an online pick up order in through DoorDash and got there about 15 minutes after the pick up time. Walked in the store and started to ask for my order when this Awful, rude lady cut me off before I could even say the order name telling me it wasn’t ready, to wait outside. So I checked that the ready time was actually 15 minutes ago, came back in with my friend who had the app pulled up on his phone. When we walked in the lady told us to get out, we did not and explained that our order is ready. She finally then looked for our order which was of course sitting on the shelf the whole time. As we were leaving she yells “You know it only takes one person to pick up an order” at us, which okay, we tried one person but apparently not. Then she starts quietly talking to another person behind the counter and pointing at us, not even making an effort to hide the trash talking. I’m not sure if the manager is aware of this or even cares but all of this was so unprompted, I won’t be coming back to this location again.

Offered no compensation for wrong order, was told "you ordered it wrong" when I used the same exact method i had with the previous 7 orders and received them without issue. If you are going to sell mediocre products at such a high price, you could at least make the orders right. How is dry rub ever a dipping sauce? Rub is in the name, lazy pr*cks.

Wings were fine, nothing great nothing terrible, fries were fine, pick up order was ready on time. The sides are a joke for the Party Pack for 5-8 people. 8 tiny celery sticks, 3 dipping sauces (see wing in picture for reference), "jumbo coleslaw" (ridiculously small portion - they give you two half filled small containers). I usually let stuff like this slide and have never made a negative post before. Just thought folks might like to know what to expect.

Extremely disappointed. I used to get their chicken tenders, back when they didn't use so much batter. I used to love those things, now they are way too crispy, I bought em for the chicken! On my most recent order, we had 3 meals, 2 of which were missing the sauce we ordered. Kinda known for sauce options and to completely leave them out... Pointless meal. The other issue I had was with the "fried pickle spears" they weren't spears at all, they were slices. If it just said "fried pickles" it would have been fine, but it says "spears." The annoying part about this is also the fact that with spears you know your getting a couple of pickles fried in batter. What I got was essentially half a pickle fried, and seemingly refried until they were too hard to eat. Complete waste of money, going elsewhere from now on. I miss when their food was actually good and I didn't mind spending the money to get a good meal. Try harder, y'all!
