Food was good, but the lady behind the counter was rude when I (respectfully) asked for extra mayo after I forgot to ask for it while ordering.

The best #11 I've ever had. The bread was very fresh. Customer service was lacking but the sandwich more than made up for that!

I have been to this location many many times, and I can say without hesitation the entire staff is incredibly friendly. You get greeted with a loud shout of welcome when you walk in and all the way through the experience. Also, the food is always on point! It’s refreshing that a fast casual concept offers consistent on quality and hospitality!

Jimmy John's as a chain is pretty consistent and solid. This franchise location is easy to get to and always clean with friendly staff. I don't like that only one person was in the restaurant tonight - give some concern about worker safety and wellness - but otherwise a good experience for our family of 3.

Haven't had Jimmy John's in a while but the turkey sandwich add bacon was delicious. Bread was a little hard but overall a good sandwich.

It is actually freaky fast, just as advertised. Jimmy John's has become my favorite sandwich shop. Yeah, this particular location is in an urban, industrial area, but inside is just like any other restaurant. Friendly staff. Yum.
