If I order in person, my orders are fine. Food always arrives quick and the people are nice, food is yummy. BUT when I place an online order and have it delivered, the majority of the time 1 or more items are missing from my sandwich. Wouldn't be a big deal if it was rare, but it is not. I don't know if it is high turn-over or not enough training, but I'm less and less inclined to order from this location, even though it is convenient. I've reported it a time or two, but this is getting to be too frequent for my taste. I don't want credit towards another sandwich, it too likely to be made and delivered wrong, I just want the sandwich I ordered. Like yesterday, totally forgot to add my peppers. On the receipt, but no peppers to be found. But I've also had a sandwich delivered before without half of the stuff which normally comes with a number 12 (even though my receipt clearly stated not to exclude the items which were missing). I hate to give a poor score, but I'm not really sure what else to do other than suggest if you order, do it in person for this location. Update - below is a sandwich I received today (10102019). It too was missing pieces and parts and, honestly, looks pretty sad to me. I called to let the manager know the condition of the food but declined the offer for a sandwich credit. I simply wanted to provide feedback and urge them to to better (in general). Work on the receipts system or training. Whatever it takes.

The woman working the cash register gets the star. The other woman is why I'm writing the review. I just wanted loaves of bread. The woman on the register was happy to oblige. The other woman was very upset by this, saying they didn't have enough to spare (several trays on the rack). I didn't know it was possible to rage-roll bread in paper, but she did just that, followed by throwing/slamming each one onto the counter angrily. With clenched teeth she told the register woman to put them in a bag and not to sell anymore loaves. I felt bad for the nice woman and quietly wished her good luck with the rest of her day, to be interpreted however she saw fit (it was snowing like crazy and I figured it would be a slow day). That also triggered the other woman as she demanded to know what I said. 🙄 I won't be going back to this location.

I ordered food at 8:30 online. At 9:50, after not receiving the food, I called the Palomar Shop. They delivered to the wrong address. I was charged over $31.00 and have no food. The shop said they couldnt do anything about it because they were closing. I get no refund. I get no food. I was asked to call the GM between 11:00 and 3:00 PM tomorrow.

Had a poor customer service experience around lunch at this location today. They were having a hard time getting orders filled / they were swamped and some customers were being jerks but some of the employees really crunched under the pressure and weren't handling themselves well. I would recommend not ordering food here if there are lines when you arrive.

I asked for a medium sized coke and a veto sandwich to be delivered to me, but after I payed for it once I received my food, I realized that I got a veto and a medium sized cup of ice. There was barely any soda in my cup. Then I called requesting for some sort of refund, but the guy said he couldn't do anything for me. Decent food but terrible service.
