I gave this 4 stars only because the employee's done a great job. My fish was fresh and hottt!!! However, that coleslaw was AWFUL 😖!!! Nothing could have helped it. I ended up throwing it away.

We have been going to this location for a LOT 20 + of years. But the last few visits were not good. But we try to overlook things like that, it can happen. But we just went there, at 2 pm today, 4/11/22. The girl working the window was so hard to understand at the speaker, she became very unpleasant. At the window she was again extremely unpleasant to speak to. I hate to say this but I have a feeling it was due to I am white. But it may have just been her personality. But either way she should not be working at a window, where people judge by their treatment if they will return. I asked her for a receipt, she very rudely said, it is in the bag. Also the large coke we paid $3 for 1. and upsized one for $60 cents, for were FLAT AS HELL. There were only 5 pieces of shrimp in our shrimp and fish meal. And the fish on my fish sandwich was so soppy it fell into little pieces. I do not know if it was just under cooked, but it was soggy. We do not think we will return.

The food is very good. The portions were great. The shift manager on 05/25/2022 at approximately 7:00 shorted me a complete meal at drive thru. When brought to her attention when I returned, she was rude and very uncooperative. She did replace my missing meal, however with an attitude. I ask for her name she just mumbled something unrecognizable. It will be my last visit🙁

Went here yesterday and Georgia was very nasty there was also a guy employee who was nasty too she even was tryna charge me for a drink that came with the combo I came over to the Richmond road one and I ordered the same exact meal and the guy said and what to drink … now if that’s not wrong that’s messed up they was nasty and tryna over charge for food so don’t go here there customer service was horrible train Georgia on customer service and school her on the menu cause she clearly doesn’t know but if you like bad service after a hard day of work come here Georgia got the worst attitude of the pandemic

Ridiculous, waited at the window for what seemed like an eternity, the girl working who was unpleasant from the start, finally asked if we ordered something we didn't order and then said we'll what was your order. We repeated to her the order again and it was very apparent that order had already gone out the window to someone else who didn't order what we did, so wrong order again. Then finally hands us the remade order, forgot the beverages, and said we are lucky cause we didn't have to pay, and I said what are you talking about, it cost us over 20 bucks. She said oh so you did pay? I didn't wait for the drinks to be made, I'd had enough and drove home.

I came through the drive through and a very friendly young man was taking my order. I had a question about substituting sides and as the young man attempted to answer the question, another person cut him off and attempted to answer my question. Her response was not clear and she had a terrible attitude when I asked a clarifying question. I drove off without ordering. I refuse to spend money anywhere that treats customers like an inconvenience.

Usually love it. Twice I got home with our orders and twice the stuffed crab wasn’t in the bag. I went the next time and ordered n told them I was charged twice without getting the order. We sat at the window n made sure the stuffed crab was there. It was but she charged us. I asked why n she said it wasn’t her problem.
