Jamba Juice

UPDATE: Visited today June 17 around 1:30 pm. I ordered a protein berry and my girlfriend ordered 2 classic smoothies. The female worker was rude provided pathetic customer service. My girlfriend later said the employee ignored her and didn't respond after my girlfriend thanked her for the smoothies at the pickup counter. My protein berry was horrible tasting, not how it should be (I get this smoothie often). I went back 15 minutes later after running an errand. I had barely drank any and asked that they please replace it. James who made the smoothie was fantastic and did a great job taking care of me. The female employee was also there and tried to argue I had been gone too long, and did not want to replace it. I gave this place 5 stars a week ago. Now they earn 2 stars for unacceptable customer service from the female employee. She needs an attitude check. EARLIER REVIEW: Got a great buy one, get one deal here through Hooked. Met the owner. He is a nice guy. Can get a little pricey if you add in ingredients, but everything seems fairly healthy and is fresh.

I love this Jamba Juice! Everything is super clean and fresh and the service is the best, especially Autumn. I work across the street and every morning that I come in Autumn remembers exactly what I order and makes it perfect every time. It's a wonderful way to start my day and puts me in a great mood every time!

Smoothies and other products are fantastic, but one older female employee is ruining the experience for several customers. She usually works by herself and cannot handle the store alone. She is openly rude and expresses her frustrations about the store getting crowded and having to make all the orders herself. She is very slow when making the orders and they don’t always come out right or as the other employees make them. This woman needs to be fired. All of the other younger employees are great, it’s just this one woman that is a problem.
