Papa Johns Pizza

This papa John's is absolute garbage. I gave this place a chance time after time but no more. I used to be a regular, and Every single time I ordered for about 3 months I got this flat cardboard like, no sauced pizza , probably some of the worst pizzas I've ever seen . Called and complained and was told I would get 50 percent of next order in which I never received, then they continue to make the same mistake the next time I ordered , Done wasting money on this place when we have a little Caesars next to us for half the price and much better quality. I hope this location get better overtime and the employees learn how to make a simple cheese pizza, until then I advise you to stay away from the Saron drive papa John's unless you want a big 8 piece triangle cheesy bread

We had not gone to this location for over a year. We had been going there since they opened. We had stopped going, due to the order always being wrong, or skimpy. But we decided to try it again last night. 3/22/22. Big mistake. We got a 2 topping pizza, half pineapple, ham, and half bacon, onion. We also got a Papadia, beef, bacon,onion. The pizza was the worst quality pizza we have ever gotten from ANYWHERE. There was such a small amount of sauce you actually had to look to to see it. The toppings were so little, it amazed us. The Papadia had 1 small strip of bacon in it, there was a very small amount of onions, and beef. But what was so bad, it was BLACK BURNT. I tried to eat it, but the burnt taste overpowered the taste of the ingredients. NEVER AGAIN.

Called the store twice to put in my order and finally got it in. I called back 10 minutes after my estimated arrival time and got a hostile hateful manager that obviously is a hot head that loves abusing his power on the phone and all I asked was where my order was. Very unprofessional pizza place!! Probably the most unpleasant experience I've had out of all the Pizza places in Lexington!!!!

Absolutely the best pizza and sides we have ordered in Lexington! Everytime the food is super hot. On time. Delicious! Not one bad order or mess up. Tonight I put order in earlier and set time for delivery. They were 5 mins early with the freshest pizza and wings. Absolutely impressed with the service and quality.
