Arby's

Quick and easy stop around 7am for breakfast. One of few Arbys that serves breakfast. The double order of biscuit and gravy hits the spot. They have cut up pieces of sausage in the gravy. Service is wonderful as they are quick to take order and usually ask how your day is going once getting to window. Lol, some May view pic and say uh no…but pics can be deceiving. Biscuits are soft and fresh, gravy always hot and sausage chunks don’t disappoint.

Tried the new Rib sandwich and it was REAL sliced, thick rib pieces and it was a good sandwich. I left out the mayo and cheese... but added extra BBQ sauce. We never eat our rib sandwiches with cheese and/or mayo but that's just how we like it! You are entitled to like your food anyway you so please 😉😎😁

Customer service was good. Workers were polite. The food HOWEVER was not as good. The fries were just barely what you would call warm. I ordered a turkey and swiss. This is an $8 dollar sandwich and there was 2 very thin sliced pieces of turkey, literally 1 small ring of onion and 2 very thin sliced tomatoes...so thin almost see through. I won't be back to this location. This Arby's does NOT have the meats.

I’ve been through the drive thru several times and I’ve been inside the building several times... just good service either way. The food is always nice & hot, the service is good and speed is tolerable. Sometimes it’s fast and sometimes it’s slow but it’s like any other fast food restaurant. Either way, if you want some good roast beef, stop here at this location.

Came through for breakfast on a Monday morning, started to place my order when the order taker goes “ OH MY GOD”. She doesn’t say anything after it, no apology or anything just keeps taking my order. I found that very rude to have had that said to me. When I call back the manager makes a pitiful Excuse. I will NEVER return to that arbys nor would I recommend it to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. If you want a milkshake you might as well forget trying to get one from this location. At least once night shift takes over. Went at 7 pm one night for just a shake and another night at 8 pm for just a shake as well. Because Arby's has the best chocolate shakes. Every time I try to get one and it's after 6 pm they say their shake machine is down because it's being washed. They don't close until 11. I've worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years. You don't start cleaning the stuff that makes your food 4 to 5 hours before you close. Something being broken or shut down for washing is an excuse horrible and lazy employees give when they don't want to do something and actually do their their jobs. If you want a shake go to the one on richmond rd, theirs is always working up until close and they are on point. Take your business there. You will have a much better experience I 100% guarantee it.
