Pathetic. My order was coming out of the oven when I got a call saying their driver at the last minute had a wreck.. what’s the matter? ‘Fraid you wasn’t gonna get a tip..?? grow up. Just horrible. Oughta close the store.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is a joke! I’ve ordered a few times before today and it is messed up every single time, when all I ask for is extra sauce on the ONE pizza I order. The Arabic manager there is extremely rude, when I called to let him know I wanted this issue fixed he told me that “next time I ordered he would make sure it was correct” , and hung up on me. Completely unacceptable, definitely do not recommend this store!! The one on east Reynolds’s rd is so much better!

Saturday at 5:20, hope the owner sees this! Whoever you have working there answering phones, FIRE HIM. Called 3 times, kept getting left on hold over 5 mins. When he DID answer, asked me "Carryout or deliveyr"..i said carryout..he was silent for 25 seconds, so I repeated it..he raised his voice, said " I heard ya the FIRST time" then put me on hold for 5 minutes on purpose. Avoid this place, I am posting on nextdoor and FB to avoid this place. I spend $150+ a month here, won;t give them another penny!

Where do I start..... meat amore pizza was ok not the best I've had they do give a lot of toppings.... the so called cinnamon sticks are over cooked on top of that since they were out of icing they decided to put to cups of ranch in the box to replace it 🤨 highly upset

If you haven't tried the baked spaghetti i highly recommend it, its my favorite they have friendly staff and decent wait time.

Seems the royal feast items are different. No longer can get thin crust. Items on pizza were extremely sparse. On my pizza I found 2 mushroom pieces, very little onion, no green peppers, a few pepperoni pieces, and a normal amount of sausage. The entire pizza was covered with cheese, like extra cheese added. While the pizza was ok, it did not seem like the royal feast. This was probably my last trip to sir pizza.

Employee answering phone hung up on me 3 times because he didn’t want to do a delivery order. Then answered the phone “thank you for calling Taco Ball”. Only order from here because they deliver late. Usually the food is less than mediocre. The wings taste like they’re microwaved, their pepperoni is AWFUL. Beware if you order from this place. It’s untelling what kind of unprofessional service and disgusting food you’ll end up with.
