Horrible, very bad experience tonight ,I have never been so livid at a fast food restaurant like I was tonight. I want all my money back. Included in my order was this BLT with just one piece of bacon on it.

Upcharged us without telling us. Drive thru was very slow, took us around 45 minutes. They got our order wrong 3 times. By the time they completed it our freeze's were melted, and we still were missing a burger. Decided to go inside and speak with the manager, and the manager was beyond rude. Telling us she "cooked the order" and she knows exactly what was on each sandwhich. She didn't have sympathy at all for messing up and decided to be rude instead about it. Finally we asked for a refund and went to McDonalds instead. They were much more pleasant.

I was on my way home from work and decided to stop at Sonic. I pulled into a stall and had to back out because of the “out of order” sign. Pulled into another stall and was greeted by the same sign. I looked down the line and 5 stalls were out of order. I found a working stall and placed my order. The CC machine did not work so I had to give the carhop my card for payment inside. Considering I was the only car there the service was a little slow. The carhop was very friendly but they had forgotten my straw. No major complaints on the food as everything was hot. The store definitely needs a remodel though.

No lettuce!!! Really! I just can't enjoy my burger if there's no lettuce and tomato. At least I got a tomato, although it was hard, it helped me choke down the burger I wasted my money on. After I ordered my burger the voice on the other end of the intercom informed me that they were out of lettuce. Really!? It's just barely after noon, usually when most restaurants are having a lunch rush, you usually get hot food.. And most restaurants have plenty of ingredients cut up and ready/prepped for the lunch rush. And they didn't have one of the key ingredients for the burger? Why couldn't someone go up to the corner store, there's a Kroger right behind the White Castle that sits across the steeet from the Sonic. Somebody could've drove over there and bought a bunch of heads of lettuce just to make it through the day. Who dropped the ball on ordering the daggone lettuce!? The fries and tater tots were barely warm, like they had been sitting for a while, and not under a heat lamp either, because there was no heat coming from the fries or the sorry burger with no lettuce. I usually love the strawberry slush since it has bits of real fruit in it. But, the slush wasn't very cold and seemed half melted. Overall, I wish I could've gotten my money back. I had my mouth all set for a big ole juicy burger, just sitting there hoping my burger comes out looking like the one on the pictures that's posted all over the establishment, and I got a cold, old, burger with no lettuce and no flavor. What a disappointment. No one seems to care about your experience at their restaurant anymore. Businesses USED to care about making their customers happy.. Oh well, so much for the good ole days. Surely, they can do better than this.

I couldn't give a zero or negative stars so one star will do. Old fries that tasted like fish. That's after a 25 minute wait on the food and she said "at least it's fresh" I won't ever go there again. That's the 3rd time bad experience I've had.

The food is good but if you're not getting a deal they're advertising it's not worth it. The prices are high for the food it's almost like hardees type food and fine dining dress up to go out to eat type prices. Happy hr is good for the half price drinks. If you download the app you can get half price drinks all day. Wouldn't recommend going if you're on a budget

Food was good and hot.service was fast the car hop was polite. The prices for a milkshake are high. I would eat there again just would not order a milkshake or soft drink. The coke was $2.00 for a med. Med shake was $4.00.

Worst sonic I’ve ever been too!!! We waited forever just for them to take our order, they sat watching us hit the button but did nothing. When they finally took out order (which was very simple) they took 20 mins to bring it out to us. Highly DO NOT recommend! If I could give it zero starts I would.
