Pizza Hut

Ordered online through their website at 5:47 and was give an estimated delivery time of 45 minutes. After an hour had passed I called and she said someone had called in and provided my phone number, mailing address, and order information and tried changing the delivery address to an address not covered so the order was canceled. I let her know there was no possible way someone should know this information besides myself and she said there was nothing they could do. I’ve had multiple issues with this location and finding someone that is willing to help is non existent, wouldn’t recommend.

This place has just gotten so, so, SO bad. When ordering (online) last night I was given a 35 minute max window for delivery. If it had said 2 hours- which is how long it actually took- I would’ve explored other options (including picking it up, as this usually takes about 15 minutes). So our pizzas sat around and traveled around for about an hour and 45 minutes. You can imagine how warm and tasty they were not when they arrived. We paid extra to get one of the pizzas “pan” and with extra cheese, neither of which we got. At the 1 hour mark, I called to see what was going on. I was assured that our order was out for delivery, and offered a less than $2.00 discount on our total. (I haven’t checked my card today, so I don’t know if I got this dollar and something back. This was on about a $50 order, so not a meaningful discount.) We live less than 5 minutes from this Pizza Hut, and I would have gladly gone to pick it up had they been remotely up front with delivery time. So they got the order wrong, charged us for extras we didn’t get, and worst, delivery took two hours. Would anyone think Pizza Hut is worth all that? No, me either. Hence the review. I’m writing this to save your easy, fun, Friday pizza night. If you’re on Richmond Road, go to Jet’s, Donatos, Big City, heck even Dominos is better than this. PS, you can look around my google reviews and see I’m not a normally negative person. This Pizza Hut has just gotten SO bad that I’m sharing in the hopes of stopping someone else from making the mistake of giving them your business.

Pizza hut is my most favorite Pizza, especially the super Supreme. But this one was a huge disappointment. We ordered 2 large pizzas. The other had 3 toppings and when I opened the Supreme box I had to check to make sure that it was actually the super Supreme! It was bare! Neither Pizza tasted like our beloved Pizza hut. All 4 of us that ate pizza were sick to our stomachs the next day. I'll never return to the pizza hut off Richmond Rd (across from kroger)

They didn't cut my bread sticks up I got one big thing of bread I waited for 20 mins inside the store while the girl was on the phone... then she hung up the phone and started to talk to an employee.... so by the time I get home to see I have to now cut my own bread my pizza wasn't fresh.... very unexceptable..... I have a family to feed

I wish i could give some more negative stars, their app is broken or i feel like they are doing fraud with customer, trying to get their hard earn money, while placing the order i clearly authroized payment only for $10.64 and when i went to pick up to my surprise it was $19.07 o was charged !! This unethical and wrong!!| will never buy again!! I dont need their apology just need my money back!!!
