Mcdonald's

We looked at reviews ahead of time but needed something to eat quickly and decided to stop. Mistake on our part because this place is true to it’s ratings. We did a mobile order and pulled through to the second window after we sat at the first window and the girl didn’t open it. We received our order and the pompous manager came up to the window yelling at us that we didn’t pay. We said we had and it was a mobile order. He went on about how we didn’t stop at the window and we told him we had but that she hadn’t opened it. He rudely interjected that it didn’t matter if she didn’t open the window and WE HAD TO PAY! Jeez my guy, it’s a McDonald’s meal not a rolex. He eventually saw on his screen we paid, didn’t apologize, and waddled away. We didn’t get some of our meal to boot…trash, trash, trash infecting the staff from the top down. I’ve never been screamed at like that without him even asking questions calmly.

The screen was broken, as wad the ice cream machine. Was purposefully given wrong change and the workers also shorted me my meal (cheeseburger meal). Also the cheeseburger was made wrong. I distinctly asked for no pickle and the workers took that to mean no onion, no ketchup, and only half cheese. The state is vast and they probably get away with treating customers like that cause most are transient from the highway. Tl;dr: Save your money. Drive a couple exits further to get food.

Went the McDonald's in Lexington ,NE tonight and they were under staffed ,equipment didn't work ( headsets) the floor was soaked in the front section and the employee was trying not to fall when coming to the window with our order and the receipt machine wasn't working. I'm glad that we only ordered chicken nuggets. I would hate to what would have happened if we ordered other stuff.

Waited at the counter long enough to figure out nobody was going to take my order. Then I tried the kiosk. Ended up getting help with mustard & onions only. I ended up with mustard, ketchup, pickles, cheese, and onions. Even when you go inside they can't get it right!!! The people working there NOT helpful and in fact border line RUDE
