Dunkin'

Whoever manages this Dunkin needs fired and needs to hire a completely new staff. I'm from the east coast and the Dunkins in my area are wonderful. I've probably been here 50 times and 90% of the time am disappointed with my caramel iced coffee. I once asked for cream and sugar and I was greeted with a sassy response, "..That's already included". Judging by the color of my coffee this morning, it clearly isn't. Such a waste.

i had stopped by at this location on my lunch break. i ordered a Caramel Craze Iced Latte at Drive Thru. when i got my drink i noticed it looked watery & tasted even worse, i couldn’t even taste the caramel which i believe is the whole point of the “Caramel Craze.” i would’ve been better off ordering an Iced coffee. i emailed Customer Service & they got back to me right away, they offered me a replacement drink so i stopped by & once again the drink tasted terrible. a milk & sugar drink w no type of caffeine. on top of that the staff gave off bad vibes since i first walked up to the register, not friendly at all ..

Forgot my wallet at home today and was super bummed because I wanted coffee. I only had just over $2 on my Dunkin’ app and was so excited when I saw this $2 medium coffee advertising on a giant sign outside their location!!! I waited almost 10 mins in the drive thru line. I asked for the $2 medium coffee advertised and they said they don’t have that deal anymore, and it was going to be $2.19… which I didn’t have. They wouldn’t honor the advertised deal :( so I left and made coffee at home. Such a bummer, and definitely not professional.

I used to go here all the time, recently there is too much talking and listening to music when customers are waiting in line for their food/drinks. Sometimes you can walk in and some of the girls don't pay attention to you waiting at the register to have their orders taken. Rodney the Manager needs to get that resolved or this place will lose customers. Other than that, the donuts and coffee as well as other drinks are good

I was going to have the Valentine’s Day special donuts. But I found they don’t match the description (the only thing match is it is heart shape)! You won’t find the sprinkles. The glaze is terrible, not even. Very little filling (I almost thought I brought a wrong one). I miss the DD in Chicago, big, beautiful glaze, fillings at every bite. Service? I really should believe the negative comments.

I've been to several DD and this is by far the worst one I've experienced. Donuts are always either stale or over-baked, misshapen, poorly frosted/glazed. This morning I went to order an iced mocha and an unsweet tea--mocha came to me basically unmixed, mocha syrup still on the sides of the cup and pooled at the bottom, and super sweet tea. Eventually you gotta say enough is enough--won't be giving this DD my business ever again. I'm honestly surprised they're still in business!
