Domino's Pizza

I’ve been coming to this dominos for a while and it’s been going downhill the past year and a half. I’ve come in multiple times to who I believe is the General Manager yelling at both employees and customers, being extremely rude and disrespectful. Multiple occasions she has seemed higher than a kite and not well put together. I’ve seen her with half colored hair and looking like she just woke up. Not very professional, and not a good face for the company. I’ve never gotten my CARRY OUT order in under 45 minutes on a Saturday. Recently I have waited in the lobby for an hour and 10 minutes before I asked for my order to be cancelled entirely and left to get something else. I prefer to order during the week when the gentleman with facial hair is running things. He has always been kind and courteous, even when obviously stressed because he is the only one making any of the food. Along with the red haired manager, but I haven’t seen her in a while (and it shows that she has not been there as well. I thought she was the general manager until she corrected me one day while she was taking care of my order, she should have been the general manager) I think my time with this dominos is drawing shorter, the pizza isn’t worth the trouble to go through, or the drama to witness when I go to pick it up. I hope that I’m just catching the manager on bad days, though that’s honestly still not an excuse for the things I have heard her say.

The last time I ordered from this dominos, it took an hour and a half to show up cold and wrong. That was the worst dominos experience I've ever had, there's no way it could be worse than that, I thought. So I tried my luck again tonight. It's been two hours and still no pizzas. Cold and wrong is better than nonexistent. Avoid this store, they will shatter your hopes, dreams, and all things pizza.

Very annoyed with this store. I applied to be a delivery driver, went to the interview and was “hired”. Took a pic of my ID and SSN card, told me we had to wait for the back ground check and insurance company for their cars. For the course of 3 maybe 4 weeks I never got a call back or text, and every time I called I got the same “no manager is here” multiple times, im not upset I didn’t start (for what ever reason) what bothers me is the lack of communication after the first week. I could of found and started a different job in those 3-4 weeks. Wish I did start, would of loved working for domino’s. PS: The manager lady, and cashier was very nice im just confused on what happened I was extremely excited to start. And from the bit I did meet her, seems like she would of been amazing manager to have

Very Bad Service. Placed an order for delivery on Valentines day, and waited for 1.5 hours. No delivery. Called them and no answer. Finally went to pick up myself and received cold Pizza. Manager said they were busy. Complained to Dominos and still no reply. Had some bad experiences with them in the past too. Very very very poor service.
