Pizza barely had any mushrooms...you could easily count them by looking at it. The sauce for the sticks was 2/3 full, tasted mostly like water and was runny. The "bread sticks" came as a single bun —i had to cut them at home. The chicken was halfway sauced...it was supposed to be buffalo but was mostly dry. The order was done on time, but the quality of the food was awful.

The last few X's we've ordered from this Saron drive location in Lexington ky, has been SPOT ONN! The pizza was loaded with cheese & heavy toppings, the mild wings where perfect and the cheese bread had that just right crunchy edges to it. 😋 10/10 recommended! Great job guys! 👏

Absolute worst customer service I have ever had. Came in last night for a carry out pizza that we had a credit for. When I came inside to pick it up an to tell the manager Christian we had a credit for a pizza he replied to me”I’ve heard that before” I was shocked to hear this especially from a manger. He definitely needs some customer service training and I feel bad for the employees who are under him an have to deal with his temper

When ordering online it asked if I wanted curbside delivery. I said yes but when I got there at the agreed time no one was there. Also the breadsticks are a little to crusty. Pizza was good and I realize no one has the help needed today. So overall happy.

I ordered online. The app was easy to navigate. The pizza was ready when promised and brought to our car. The pizza tasted good although it had very little sauce. I prefer more sauce.

My chicken was forgotten.. however, shortly I received a call letting me know they realized the driver forgot my chicken and my money would be refunded. I appreciate that! Food was great and delivery was quick!

Nicholasville Pizza Hut is closed so I ordered two different Supremes from PH on Saran Drive, they were perfect.
Great phone etiquette and good in person service.
