I didn't go there. I orderd delivery. Food was hot and tasty. The delivery guy was even a little bit early. Bread was a little overcooked for my taste.

Ordered a Greek salad, cheesy bread with double side of pizza sauce an a 12" steak an cheese sub with double meat, minus mushrooms, everything was acceptable along with delivery time but the sub was horrid, where is the meat? Verses the amount of mushrooms added. I've given this location multiple opportunities to just have it correct just once. I love Marco’s pizza, subs, and salads. My order was delivered on time, pizza was hot and tasted fantastic. The salads and subs were the best I’ve had in a very long time. The delivery driver was amazing and so awesome. I am definitely a happy and satisfied customer!

Your website is extremely slow and almost impossible to place an order through. When I call I get put on eternal hold and we won’t even start about your high prices. Seems like in today’s time, I should be able to easily place an order online or get someone on the phone to place my order. I’m done. I’d rather drive to Lexington.

Spoke with Hayley the manager who was trying to explain to me Grubhub error (and it was Grubhub’s error not Marco’s). However, she began to get irritated toward the end of call & actually hung up on me. I called back & then she lied about hanging up when I’m not stupid & can hear a work phone hang up (she said lost service, but my phone was fine). Just character Hayley. Don’t lie.
