Only been here twice. 1st time order was incorrect. 2nd time today, and donuts were STALE! as busy as this place is, I can't understand why the donuts were stale and tasteless! They should always be fresh. Also, drive through very slow and employees talking among themselves instead of dealing with customer at window. I will not go again. Very disappointed!

These guys look like a bunch of Slack Stoners.... I ordered a Coffee NOT a water..literally the coffee was hot water with creamer and sugar! #neveragain...the manager should be ashamed of himself... I left the coffee on the table out of hopes that they get the POINT! Oh by the way...who just drops a donut in the bag for the icing to get all over the place? Things sure have changed in 20 years! No common courtesy, we were not greeted with HI how are you and what may I get you....
CHECK OUT THIS DONUT LOL and if you love ice and only ice order the Cappuccino! You all are not worthy of being called a business there!

Went for donuts and coffee. They didn't have one flavor we wanted. Well they said park in front and not only made them fresh they added 1 for our wait. They were very polite. Well worth going here. You can't beat dunkin for the best of the best donuts and coffee.

Great customer service even though they were slammed. It was halloween and they had the cutest costumes. I love it when employees makes the experience fun. They even made a special donut for my mother. And as always the coffee was on point. Dont hesitate to stop by for yours.

Went last week and today at 430 pm. Both times asked for hot coffee and got barley warm coffee! Happend earlierin the year before Covid. If you go in the morning there is usually no problems but in the afternoon quality sucks! Service is good but getting basically cold coffee is unacceptable!

TERRIBLY SLOW. DO NOT GO INSIDE. When I walked in there were 4 people in line. 35 mins later I left my 6 donuts and coffee. Their focus is on drive thru and someone wonders over to the cash register every 5-10 mins.
