Papa Gio's

Ordered here the 15th of January and was so excited that they delivered due to my health issues (not Covid). The woman who I spoke to was wonderful. The food was great. I did wait an hour and a half for delivery but didn't mind because she told me ahead of time. Today we called for delivery and the girl who answered said they don't deliver to this area. She also said, "no exceptions."...well wonderful. That was a quick change. 🙄

Just a good place to get pretty good food for a good price! Strombolis and Calzones here are great (they skimp on the sausage a little, so asking for more/avoiding it couldn't hurt), but the dough is just amazing and the cheese melted perfectly. I'm not experienced with the pizza, so I'll just reccomend the Hawaiianboli and the philly cheesesteak calzone as well. Service is also great, and you don't wait too long for your food. Definitely worth what wait you do have

Deceptive, disorganized and bad general customer service. Ordered pickup. Was given email confirmation and a time range to pick up. 25 minutes was the approximate time given. I showed up 30 minutes later and they had not even pick the sheet up off the printer. The cashier had the gall to tell me it took 20 minutes for the fax to come in and that the app gave the wrong times. Everything blamed on their all instead of taking responsibility. I was told I would need to wait in my car for 25 minutes more for the food to be ready. I asked for it then to be delivered since that did not seem right. I was told no. Extremely poor customer service.

The service was nice however I did not enjoy the food. I ordered the lunch size cheese tortellini with tomato sauce with bread. The bread piece was supposed to be a dinner roll which I thought was odd in an Italian restaurant. However I received no bread with my order and didn't even ask for it once my plate came and I seen the dish. There a puke orange colored sauce over what appeared to be like a shelf style tortellini. It looked like can dog food. I did not find the smell appealing either. I did not want to seem difficult so I offered some to my cousin as my plate arrived, I gave her over half. I am glad I didn't take my kids because that would have been a lot of money wasted. The fountain drink did have a fresh taste, which was the highlight of what was edible. I found the atmosphere to be very dark and gloomy. There are dark shade style curtains and it makes the place sad looking. Not too mention the shades were not clean. It is fair to say I will not be dining there again.

This place is so good. Make sure if you are a cheese lover then ask for extra cheese. Garlic knots with a salad are meal alone. The atmosphere is quaint. It is similar to most Italian restaurants decor. Wine vines and fake brick. Not the fastest service,but good food. Take out options are available. The dessert selection is nice. Overall a good place for dinner or lunch.

Very disappointed. Ordered Lobster Ravioli. It looked like a kid size portion for $15.95. Also asked for chicken with the fettuccini...only a few chopped pieces. Salad was slimy and brown. Pizza was so tough we couldn’t chew it. Sausage on pizza was as hard as a rock. My family could not eat the pizza. I have been here in the past and it was ok. Won’t go back again!
