Zaxby's

Stopped by zaxby's on my way home. I was starving & hadn't eaten all day. Our refrigerator had been replaced a few hours prior to my visit. I ordered 2 orders of boneless wings & things, one with coke & one with sweet tea. An order of mushrooms & an order of tater chips with an extra ranch. Got home & first my coke was diet. Not as big of a deal if I had ice but we didn't due to fridge repairs. Then When I opened my box of food, I was missing my chicken strips. Lastly they had charged me for my extra ranch but it was no where to be found. I immediately called the store to speak with a manager. I spoke with Michael. He was nice & kept apologizing but chalked it up to having two new employees... I of course live far enough away where I definitely didn't feel like driving back out. Although he wrote me down for the meal I was supposed to have gorten, free of charge. It's hardly worth it when that's the least they should do since I didn't receive my correct order to begin with. I'm extremely disappointed especially when my last two trips were screwed up as well. Would absolutely not recommend this store at all.

Average. The person at the drive thru didn't seem like she wanted to be there and wasn't particularly polite. I didn't get the meal I ordered, but I was charged for the food I had. The chicken itself was tasty but small and the amount of fries I got seemed a bit small. Overall the food tasted good.

Never been to a bad Zaxby's (thankfully) and this one is just as good. Have not been inside so I cannot attest to in person customer service, but the drive through was fast and the food was hot, correct, and tasted excellent. If you are just driving through and don't want to cook I would recommend this place for sure.

This is the second time I have been to this store to purchase food. The house salads I purchased both times had tomatoes that were bad and some of the salad was brown. The bread was soggy from the chicken being too hot and having the lid put on with condensation. Don't think I will be back a third time. The only good thing was that I was the only one in the drive thru line at 4:00 pm.
