Only one person working the counter, so it was slow. The new fruit drink was GREAT!

Boo. Extra long waits with all the app and delivery orders taking up the barista's time and never has what we want, be it out of decaf, low on desserts, and no stevia. Tired of being gifted gift cards that take so much work to redeem. The chain is going downhill.

Starbucks inside Kroger is not the same standard as stand alone Starbucks' stores. The "baristas" are just Kroger employees and aren't fluent in the menu or the terms used when ordering as actual Starbucks employees, they're slower at making drinks, and just the other day they were closed unexpectedly because the espresso machine was down. I avoid Starbucks in Kroger as much as I can (especially this location). However, the Richmond Rd Starbucks location is under renovation, so this is the only option that is close to where I travel. Hopefully Richmond rd Starbucks opens back up soon.

I never go here either. I have ... It's good for the black coffee, I'll pay $2.50.. but that's all. It's not the best coffee at all. It's just really good..

They always mess my orders up and have carry out on the app but always lock the doors so you can’t get your order and always shut down early I’ve been there in the morning then come back one time at 4:30 and it was closed I hate this location?

I snagged some free Wi-fi while killing time between doctor appointments. Nice breakfast and an espresso con panna. Bonus item, hit 1,000+ stars on this visit!
