Applebee's

Service was pretty slow.. You can tell they are definitely under-staffed but food was wonderful! I always get chicken tenders tossed in honey barbecue and dip them in ranch. I also get honey mustard for my frys, as they used to have the best in my opinion but noticed it’s been different the past few times we’ve ate here and not nearly as good. Still had a great lunch.

It was just awful. The Lexington restaurant is the world's worst for service. When our plates finally arrived, about the same time as the drinks. The potatoes were still in a plastic bag 😂 the meat was way, way over cooked and the creamy, cheesey broccoli was cold with about 1/3 cup of unmelted stressed cheese. The waiter was so hi he didn't even notice. Lol

We had gotten the 2 for 22. Onion rings were incredibly over cooked. The ribs were inedible, very over cooked i could not pull the meat apart i had to actually cut it apart. The meat was VERY dry. The onions on the bourbon street chicken were completely raw did not even looked like it touched heat. The side of mac and cheese had absolutely no flavor. Lots of cheese but absolutely no flavor. The garlicky green beans had quite literally no garlic on them. We ended up throwing it all away. Very disappointed and upset.

My husband got the fish and chips. Its supposed to come with slaw. My husband had to ask for his slaw and the waitress seemed put out because of that. His fries were cold and when he told her that, she asked if he wanted a new order to go. Ummm hello, hes eating his dinner now. I had the chicken nachos and the cheese was hard and gross. The few bits of chicken that were on it, were so dry that I cut the roof of my mouth with them. It was more like chicken jerky. And the service was horrible! Instead of addressing the issues, she sat at the bar chatting with the bartender. The only time that she was nice or chatty was when we were leaving. Definitely won't be going back.

This was the first time time I have ate at Applebee's in about 4 years. After the experience I had tonight I won't be back ever again. We were seated right away, but it took 10 minutes for our server Sarena Z to greet us. I have worked in the food service industry and I could understand if they were busy, but the place was dead. Sarena asked us what we wanted to drink, then was trying to run away from the table rather than asking us if we were ready to order. We honestly asked the hostess if she could wait on us because she was polite and had a good personality. Everytime the waitress would come by our table she would just throw the items on the table and walk away. Terrible customer service try to avoid this restaurant at a cost.

This place has gone downhill drastically!!! I visited this place on a Tuesday night, they weren't busy at all and our meals took over an hour to get. Plus our server was one of the worst we ever had. She took our order and she didn't know any of the answers to our questions off of the menu. I used to come here for the appetizers, drinks and service. Now I will do fast food before visiting this place ever again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
