Mcdonald's

I have to point out there are always so many flies at this McDonald’s on highway 52 ,which is very off putting and sometimes makes me lose my appetite. It seems no matter what time of day, or what season I visit I can expect to be swarmed by the flies, so unfortunately when thinking of this location that is the first thing that comes to mind. Every once in awhile my family and I have a strong craving for McDonald’s because let’s face it, it is a classic!, so we placed a mobile order for curbside pickup with much excitement. The excitement didn’t last long. First disappointment is that they advertise that curbside pick up orders will come out to your car in five minutes or less and that is was not the case today , for we had to wait over ten minutes for our food to arrive. The staff were pleasant and did not disappoint today . When we finally got to eat our meals mine was very very luke warm. There are not many things more disappointing than luke warm McDonald’s fries. We also had ordered an extra fry with the happy meal instead of apple slices, to our dissatisfaction we noticed in the box there were no apple slices or an extra fry. It is not very thrilling when you do not get what you ordered. Today I rate this experience with 3/5 stars because of the mishap in the order and the temperature of the food. However if I have another McDonald’s craving I will return.

I went through the drive thru this morning with a big order for my employees at the plant. I ask 3 times at the window.."are you sure everything is in the bag?" and the reply was yes. I got back to the plant and my sauces were not in the bag, my hash browns were not in the bag. I have tried to call McDonald's and have had no luck!

Order a 10 nuggets, with fries and a sweet tea. Go to the first window to pay the lady was at the window but didn't even in knowledge us. Drove to the 2nd window and they handed me a Coke and I asked if it was sweet tea and he had no reply, asked how much my order was no reply either. They came back and tried to give us a ice cream cone that wasn't even ours. My daughter tried the "sweet tea" but it tasted like Coke so we gave it back. My daughter was eating her 10 piece of chicken nuggets and one of them was little.

I ordered 2 McChicken sandwiches and 2 small fries. Along with 8 strawberry creme pies. My order took about 12 to 15 minutes which is very unpleasant considering what all I bought, although it turned out to be worth the wait McDonald's gave me 2 free pies and a free small drink. The food was On Point it tasted delicious to me. I never rarely ever basically choose to eat at McDonalds because of personal reasons but it was well worth it on this occasion Gotta give em 5 stars and be positive n grateful for the situation.

Slow is an understatement and mistakes are common. Drive through has ridiculously long waits. Poorest McDonald's around. Instead of remodeling they should have retrained. Waited 20 minutes in line and finally pulled away with three cars still in front of me waiting to order. Additional visit line for drive thru out to the highway. Went in to order but no one was available at the counter. Started kiosk order but had no customer number to utilize. Attempted payment said go to counter where no one was at. Waited in line to pay as always. I wish I could post pictures of the parking lot. Line is long customers pulled around waiting for orders and no one can get out of the parking lot to leave.Slower than ever... Two months later no change.
