Pizza Hut

Use to love ordering from this Pizza Hut.... my last order was an Edge pizza and apple pies. Pizza had a couple slices flipped upside down but the apple pies were crushed! Just a nasty mess in a bowl. Chalked it up to things happen. Ordered another Edge pizza tonight...pizza looked like it had been dropped, shook and slammed against the wall! Then to top it off I get attitude when the replacement was delivered! Well you just lost a customer and a call to corporate.

The worst service I have ever experienced New manager extremely unprofessional. Waited 40 minutes past pick up time only to be handed food that was cold and had been sitting on rack. Last time my food was given to another customer after waiting over an hour. Manager accused me of lying while employee was admitting that she messed up.This location really needs to make some changes!!!!!

I had a curbside on line order. I pulled up to the front door and called to let them know I was there. I could see the girl walk to the phone and put it on hold. I called three times and she did the same thing three times. I finally got out of my car and went in to pick up my pizza. I had left a 20 percent tip for them to bring it out to my car which was less then six feet from the front door. Next to say, I was not very happy with my service.

Ordered food at 6:30 pm to be delivered , received a missed call at 7:08 with a very rude message saying they don’t deliver to my address I was welcome to pick it up… tried calling back 6 times over 20 min and went to regional call center so they weren’t picking up their phones. … drive to the store to pick up the food and tried to speak to the manager. Mind you they have delivered to my home numerous times in the past…I asked to speak to the manager who was very unprofessional and rude .. so I asked if my order was ready and was told she threw it out since she tried calling and no answer. I have no missed calls other than the original one .. it’s now 7:45 She also referenced that the kid that left the rude message was only 16. That shouldn’t matter teach them to be polite when communicating. !! Will never go back. They obviously don’t care about customer service

The manager, I’m pretty sure her name was Tammy, was rude to her co-workers and me as well. I’ve gone to this place since I was a high schooler, It’s heartbreaking when you see it under this state. Not only was she rude, she got the order wrong entirely and it was on purpose in order to save her time. There was maybe 5 people on the list and no incoming calls l. There was no reason to do any of this. I was so beyond disappointed.
