Late dinner in the dining room. It was clean. Each employee who came within about 10 feet of us greeted us politely. We ordered at the kiosk and sat down to wait, we were offered our cups by an attentive shift manager. When the food came, I let them know about a small issue, and was pleasantly surprised at how courteously they remade my wife's chalupa. We both enjoyed the food but I was especially thankful the staff were so welcoming. It is not often I feel like a real guest, as opposed to just a customer, but this location's manager really has done a good job with her people. Wish I could come back all the time but alas, we were just passing through.

Adding a new update since we can’t leave more than one… you’re drive thru crew is the absolute worst, half of them are rude (pale guy during the day) and some are just dense or deaf or both, overcharged, asked for no ice for the umptenth time and there’s ice, lobby is closed again so you can’t get refills, food poorly packaged with lettuce, cheese and meat sauce yet again everywhere. Just close the dang store until you guys can find people with at least half their brain cells left. It isn’t letting me post a picture but I was handed my food with no bag, the outside of the box is covered in your taco meat mixture, it’s on my hands and seat and steering wheel cover. My daughter went inside to order her food and has now been waiting over 20 minutes for one order. I went through drive thru and your window girl is rude, short and poorly trained, she handed off my food and walked away I had to sit and wait to ask her if that was everything and if I was good to pull off. Horrible. Do better. Pay better maybe? Then maybe you’ll get semi decent employees rather than this mess. No sauce with my app order also though I put 12 sauces packs on it, also my drink was overflowing and got on my emergency brake and seat and dress.
