Sweet Frog Frozen Yogurt

I believe faith based businesses should go above and beyond. This one can't get to go. Overpriced yogurt at 59 cents per ounce, with stale and some moldy toppings (ugh!). Island banana came out as a syrup. Counter person inept at resolving simplest of issues. This place needs an overhaul and new management.

I stopped by earlier today to get some frozen yogurt, but they were closed. It was about 9:00 am, so I wasn't too surprised that it was closed, but I showed up at 8:10 pm and it's still not open. It's supposed to close at 9:00 pm but I'm assuming it hasn't been open all day. It's Saturday and Google says it's open. I never got my yogurt.

Lots of toppings available. The oreos were a tad stale, and one of the yogurt flavors wasn't frozen, but overall, it's decent. It's located in a gas station, which is a little weird, and the light was off, so we weren't sure if it was open, but the girl behind the counter at Subway (in the same room) just happened to be the only employee for both, and she helped us. We'll be back when we need our yogurt fix, but that's mostly because it is the only froyo place in the area. It's okay, but there is definitely room for improvement.

I have been here on two occasions after looking them up to make sure they were open. They were closed both times. Online it said they were open until 10. Today, I walk in at 7:30 and all the lights were off. Apparently they were supposed to close at 8 but called it quits 30 minutes early. The main problem is that there is only one person running the Subway and the Sweet Frog. Very disappointed in this Sweet Frog location.

This place is horrible! The condiments were old, they had a total of 4 condiments on the bar! They had no chocolate sauce. The credit card machine didn't work. The young lady server was so kind and apologetic. It's sad the owner makes her have to serve customers this way! This place won't be open long unless it gets new management or ownership!
