Good coffee. The place was really dirty and the service people were more interested in their own conversation that customers. I don’t like Starbucks coffee, but at least the staff there cares about keeping the place nice. The owner here has decided they’re making so much from their customers - that’s where it begins and ends. Check out the photo - there was no trash can present. So the counter was the trash can. The register was spattered with dried up coffee.

Well let me tell you about the Best cup of coffee I've had in a Very long time!! I'm a medical traveler so I like to visit local restaurants and coffee houses as I travel along and not just the same chains!! This coffee house was recommended by a coworker who grew up here in Lexington. The staff was knowledgeable about their coffee and very welcoming. I ordered a Hazelnut Creme Latte and a Brownie(I think they make them). The coffee was Sooo Rich and Flavorful and dark at its base that I was very pleasantly surprised at the first sip!!! I Will be going back soon!! Hey, if you're ever in Lexington,KY and you Love a Great cup of coffee, you Must stop in!! Who knows, maybe I'll see you there!! Sip on friends!! P.S. They have punch cards too😉

Top notch coffee and top notch service, I was having some fun with it today and invented two drinks that weren't even on the menu and they were absolutely happy to oblige. My barista was a girl named Dan and she had a lot of fun putting them together, loved her attitude! If you go here you must try the Honey Bee as well, it's one of their specialty coffees and has a wonderful flavor.

The coffee was delicious, but those with food allergies beware. On Sunday (3/28), I asked the barista if they could make a dairy free version of their Turtle Mocha and they said that they could. However, something went terribly wrong as I had my typical dairy reaction almost immediately upon drinking the drink. Either it wasn't completely dairy free, or the barista used the wrong milk. I feel awful for several days when I'm exposed to dairy. It's really not okay to say that there are dairy free versions if there's any question at all as to whether or not that is true. While I only suffer from a mild sensitivity, for many others, that could have been really bad. Restaurants have an important responsibility to ensure the safety of their guests, IMHO.

As I drank my first sip of coffee, I was immediately hit with the memories of my childhood. The smell reminded me of the brewed coffee Mama use to make on Sunday mornin, and the wood floors remind me of Papa carving wood from the trees in the backyard. Drinking coffee here is like tasting liquid gold from the cups of Greek gods & goddesses. The barista's always have a sparkle of hope in their eye and their natural beauty makes me feel beautiful too. The coffee may cause you to hug your nearest loved one, as the love of life embraces your whole body with each sip of exquisite, warm cup-o-joe. As I'm writing this, tears are forming as I think of flavor, atmosphere, and love I feel from this shop.
